27/2/2015 18:46 | Anyone else notice that 3.8 million buy today ahead of results next week?Arcontech group ARC results out next week. This from last time:" We intend, however, when the company moves into sustainable profitability, to seek court approval to re-designate our reserves and thereby enable the company to pay dividends."Tiny little profit making company well under the radar that deals in real time data. | harebridge

08/2/2015 06:31 | Thanks Cbootle - I always appreciate your posts and insights and many thanks for sharing them here :) Yes, a lot of big name clients in the past and given the "stickiness" of customers, maybe we still have recurrent contracts with them. I'm expecting a 10-15% growth when compared to last year, so would be delighted with anything more. The lack of PR/newsflow and the languishing share price remains a millstone in terms of market perception of this solid share. Once we are sustainably in profit, maybe there will a review of the share consolidation and improvement in visibility and liquidity. Good luck all :) | multibagger
07/2/2015 13:55 | When I asked them the same question about lack of news...I was told that they did not want the competition knowing. I was pretty reassured after the phone call that I recd from the boss....can't really remember the specifics though. | multibagger
07/2/2015 13:53 | Thanks Cbootle for sharing - much appreciated. I have had a look, but cannot seem to find the customer list. Where should I be looking ? TIA | multibagger
07/2/2015 13:47 | Are these clients still with Arcontech? They seem to be ultra secretive with what clients they have/ contracts they have won.Not sure what all the secrecy is about & why they have no PR. I have contacted them regarding consolidating the share price to make it more appealing to Investors/ trading & to provide some liquidity, but they said there were no plans for that.Any other thoughts on why they want to remain under the radar & why they want it to remain extremely illiquid?Ps, no more director buys & no more Anthony Cross buys. | harebridge
07/2/2015 12:35 | If you enjoy perusing archival material, take a look at the wayback machine: hxxp://web.archive.o There you can see some of Arcontech Ltd's clients at that time (2007) and what they were doing for their clients, with testimonials. Note this is for Arcontech Ltd (a private company), just before becoming Arcontech Group plc (via reverse takeover of KTS plc) and becoming AIM listed. | cbootle

05/2/2015 23:09 | Arcontech used to publish more details of its clients (maybe they don't want competitors chasing them?) Anyway, a little help from Google shows old documents from yesteryear (c2003). Don't know if they are still clients, but try entering "Arcontech Bank of England" or "Arcontech Treasury" etc and see where it leads you. | cbootle
05/2/2015 20:11 | Looks like Arcontech are sharing their CityVision product with the Swedish company Algorithmica. Quantlab is Algorithmica's software."Arcontech is independent of any data vendor and has thrived due to timely delivery of dependable, cost-effective solutions to the financial community based on its award winning CityVision product suite. Its diverse clients range from National Government, Investment Banks and Data Vendors through to Brokers and Bookmakers. Using the tight connection between Quantlab and CityVision gives trading and analysis desks the ability to share data and derived results in real-time with little or no additional infrastructure."http | harebridge
05/2/2015 19:47 | Some decent volume/ massive volumes by ARC standards, but no director buys ? I would thought that they would have grabbed this weakness in share price / opportunity with both hands ! I think when 6 mth results are announced next month (my guess), we will be showing some decent profit and an understated forward looking statement. I have noticed that Antony Cross is not showing as a significant shareholder...when he holds 12-13% ...must be a slip up, rather than a conspiracy :) | multibagger
05/2/2015 15:22 | Going well today webster. Get over to AMED as well. AVP will be after that. Then GUSC by next week. | dosser2
