Market makers totally mugged someone today. Not enough volume to be company specific (hopefully).If no bad RNS tomorrow, will add some more- unless a certain Anthony Cross beats me to it!!

I don't get the impression that they want to bother with sales updates or news of contract wins. I am confident that share price will come good in its own sweet time, but accept it is a boring share to own in the meanwhile. I still feel that it is a very good takeover target...

Good opportunity to top up at the moment, but I intend to average upwards as I already hold a good few. I guess we may have a statement in Feb or so with half yearly results...good luck all :)

I got the impression that ARC team are real grafters and not really keen on publicity...as long as the share price,results and dividends do the talking, I'm fine with that ! The fact that the Directors have decent stakes and Matthew Jeffs moved ARC shares into an ISA a few months ago, is to me a subtle indicator that long term prospects are very good.

I agree and think that you are right that real time data software will become increasingly the norm and that an audit trail as who contributed, and what to the data feed will become a regulatory requirement and therefore more automated checks within the system will have to be built in - I think that the ARC MVCS solution can address that. I think that this was a weakness in the LIBOR scandal (though not certain).

Good luck all...patience is key with at least a 2-3 year investment horizon to start with !

Courteous phone call received but no new information shared. Just a going over of stuff that has already been announced or in the public domain. I felt reassured that we were in good hands though and they clearly know what they are doing....we'll just have to be patient I guess !

Last year half year interims came out in Feb, so may have to wait to hear of progress, if any, then. Volumes are dire....some days with no trades at all ! I'm pretty relaxed about my holding though.

This is where Real Time data software will come into its own.Arcontech Group have a real opportunity to get out there & exploit this situation. Their sales team should be banging on every single Financial Institutions door & shouting from every rooftop, telling the world, what they have developed over the decades.

FINMA also ordered Switzerland's largest bank to automate at least 95 percent of its global foreign exchange trading and limit bonuses for traders of foreign exchange and precious metals, where it said it had also found evidence of serious misconduct, to 200 percent of their base salary for two years.

Now the fines of £1.1 billion ( £2 billion according to other sources) for big banks for forex exchange irregularities...wonder if having ARC type of software will become a requirement.....
