29/9/2016 17:17 | Strathloyal I don't know about that strategy. I think they will see how successful the main listing of STB will be,and monitor the performance. Why sell a business which is about to expand rapidly. No I believe to sell their existing substantial stake would be premature and quite frankly silly ,after their recent placing. They are prevented from selling any more shares in STB for 180 days. The switch, after watching the share price of STB rising over the past weeks, would appear to be attractive to the market and as such should bolster ARBB's investment substantially. R. | retsius
29/9/2016 14:59 | Presumably ARBB will look to sell their remaining stake later this year as Sir Henry has dropped down to non-exec. Really has been an excellent investment. | strathroyal
29/9/2016 13:53 | Felix99 Many thanks for your prompt response. Of course I knew that, and was not specific enough with my comment on full listing. R. | retsius
29/9/2016 13:21 | STB is already listed ! - its just moving from Aim to Full List | felix99
29/9/2016 13:05 | This must surely benefit from the flotation of STB on Oct. 12/10/16. | retsius
26/9/2016 17:57 | British Bulls ARBB... Buy | retsius
16/9/2016 15:44 | looks like its stuck in the chops | luckymouse
25/8/2016 12:13 | Shouldn't make the slightest difference to ARBB | future financier
25/8/2016 11:44 | Does STB going X div have any effect on ARBB's share price? R. | retsius
12/8/2016 15:42 | It could only happen to ARBB ..Recommened as a 'buy' in today's IC and the share price drops 40p. Might recoil on the close, having seen that before. R. | retsius
02/8/2016 18:03 | For what it's worth: | pvb
27/7/2016 18:56 | Made an error earlier.AARB did not receive the special div. on 6m shares it sold as they went X div after the deal. They would however qualify for the special divvy fromSTB on their remaining holding(2.8m shares) R.(correct me if I am wrong) | retsius
26/7/2016 11:18 | Caradog Of course,of course,my point exactly! | retsius
26/7/2016 09:45 | More importantly maybe, a 25p special dividend to ARBB shareholders tomorrow. | caradog
19/7/2016 10:35 | Caradog....LOL I wish! I am glad I flushed out at least one other shareholder! Seriously good results ,apparently shunned by the market. We will have to hear from ST to give a professional verdict, but I doubt that will push the share price up much. I suppose the old market adage `accumulate` should be applied here. R. | retsius
19/7/2016 09:06 | Retsius, your ability to influence the market is phenomenal. 30 seconds after you pronounce, the share price shoots up. Are you George Soros? :@) | caradog
19/7/2016 08:58 | Stunning results. share price unchanged?? R. | retsius
06/7/2016 16:49 | Sir Henry has played a blinder here. Now £48 m more than if they had sold the stake in STB today. That is what I call good business! R. | retsius
05/7/2016 15:12 | That is now£48 million more than they would have realised if they had sold their stake in STB today. Got the new building (new asset) for a good price?! R.. | retsius
01/7/2016 08:41 | Graph not looking good. Heading in the direction of £13. Tin hat time. Fundamentals seem overlooked and we are in the wrong sector post Brexit. ST sale looks timed to perfection:ST price £25 so sale netted £30 m more than current market value. And divvy from STshould be on its way(£5.6m) Not sure about property purchase, but I may be wrong. Balance sheet must be solidly robust, even after special divvy, pay out. Trading XD. R. | retsius |
