This will get to the 200 mark by end of month or maybe to 250 , I see an extension from the bank as the company portfolio and new business is strong

Also to see how fast these can go up see the price movement back up the last time we were around these levels. Trading at way too much of a discount to The book value.Imo - prone to a bid

If we get even a sniff of all the assets having been removed from Libyan and being redeployed elsewhere...this are going to spike very sharply.Jim Mellon is no fool, v far from it

On the last gap down i was looking to go short here, however…

(Correct me if I am wrong) but I see this company has a Book Value of over £4!

This made a Risky Short for me so I sat on the fence.

Now… I am Long!

Even a takeover at a discount of £2 per share would be approx 100% return from here.

Combine this with the flurry of recent news, chunky buying this morning, Level 2 firming up and some decent Buying Volume on the 02/07/15 pose a decent Risk/Reward ratio here.

The problem they have is that they have large amounts of unused capacity and poor visibility into 2016 on that capacity that is being used.

Even at a large discount to tangible book value, I see this as very high risk. How reliable is book value for assets that there seems to be insufficient demand for (will there be further write-downs)? How much of that book value is still to be extracted from Libya and Yemen?

And, with breaching of the renegotiated bank covenants looking inevitable, will lenders take action to the detriment of shareholders?

Quite a few of their contracts are short terms ...interim power solutions but the 3 recent contracts clearly show momentum...

Massive discount to tangible book value...I think hugely vulnerable to a speculative bid by a predator
