Corby i wouldn't worry about that you sound like you are defending this why? Do you own any apn shares ? The fsa have alot of powers all calls should be recorded and if one or more share holders say the same thing then there is suspicion.

corby do you own shares in apn,how would you feel if you saw the share price falling and thought you should sell so you ring the company and they say all is well so you dont sell 3hrs later they get suspended?
