If there was any positive development or things were progressing well we would have had an update by now. The Dir's are desperate to issue something positive to long suffering shareholders after years of disappointment.
The lack of doing so can only suggest things aren't going quite to plan(which seems to be the norm with AOR)
If I'm wrong and things are progressing well, why have the Dir's not addressed the recent share price fall from 130p to 80p and suggested they know of no reason for the fall.

Its been over 6 months since the licence agreement was signed with Biomerics and 4 months since results.
The share price has fallen from mid 120's to 80p and no word from the company regarding updates or developments.
I know there will be the usual optimists GAC etc who will remain faithful and suggest the BoD are doing a great job but the evidence is clear, no updates and continued share price decline.

Not at all 1prophet just a realist,
Fortunately I have only a very small amount of shares and have got quotes to sell in the past and the price I've been quoted is well below the bid price
The Co directors have turned this around? Who put us in this position in the first place!

You seem very bitter. Co directors have turned this around and shareholders have a chance of A) getting money back- B) making a decent profit.
The building blocks are in place- Sell your stake if you have no confidence.

I think the share price is really irrelevant at the moment. The first thing Biomerics have to do is validate Aortech's material before they can offer to their and our clients. To expect all that within 5 months is overly optimistic.

Lets have a look at today's activity:
The broker to the company has moved their price lower on 2 trades equating to £700.00 and in doing so the value of the company has decreased by £70 000.00

Considering the broker is aware of all developments and the future of AOR. Its worrying that they cant even take £700 worth of sales without moving the price
They clearly have no confidence and in my opinion rightly so, almost 5 months since Biomerics deal and no sign of any deals.

Read The chairmanship statement from the intercoms in December that was a reasonable summary of the base case said broadly break even enough cash and upside from current licenses, biometrics and HV.

We all know the dire position we find ourselves in, but we have supposedly put that behind us and are now progressing, unless more skeletons are being discovered and if so that needs disclosure.
Its been over 4 months since the Biomerics deal was signed surely we have to have some kind of indication of the develpoments on that front by now

I know it is frustrating. I was unable to get much from a director. I take it that it means they are working on things. Personally I think Frank and John Pither made such a blooming mess of things that the directors are probably working flat out to redress this. Broker notes would be pointless until we see how the Biomerics deal is going.

I am hopeful that Aortech may pleasantly surprise us....

355 shares sold(£360)and £65 000 wiped off the market cap
Well into Feb now and still no progress and if there has been our BoD arent telling us
Im sure a broker note was forthcoming, as normal with this company over promise under deliver - to be honest what would a broker note say

the share price went from 45p to 130p in 4 months at this rate it will be back at 40p by end of the year.

Well I think that reads very well..Probably for the first time in years!
They seem to have the business under control and I can see financial stability going forward. Very pleased to have Roy on board I think he strengthens the management team.
