Good stuff. Fingers crossed now for the next 12 months. I was thinking of cutting my losses if it ever got back to £1 but I might stay on for the ride I think now

Excellent! A very decent amount to add to the money we have. I agree with previous posters. The shares look cheap at current levels.Anyone selling now might miss a big rise.

Once we see that the relationship with Biomerics is working we will see a re-rating of the shares.

Have to say well done to Roy and Bill in particular and good to see the benefit of all the excellent work going on behind the scenes. I totally share your confidence George and genuinely can see a share price certainly heading back towards the £3 level over the next 12 months backed by news of increasing and substantive new contracts

I have been very critical of the board and in my opinion justifiably over the last 2 years,
however evidence does suggest that they are now steadying the ship and getting this company back on the right track. I do believe there is still much to do.
but credit where its due.
I would like to see some directors purchases but that might be asking to much

Effectively it was a debt due in..Now received..despite a long wait. Well Done Bill, Eddie and Roy!

The ticks are in the box - Now all we need is to see over the coming months is an order listed by Biomerics using/ supplying our product.I feel confident.

The balance owed by Syncardia on our balance sheet was showing as $794k ( that they were refusing to pay) so if there is to be no adjustment we muts have been awarded this amount as part of the mediation. That is my read

Apologies if I have missed something but how does receiving $700,000 and $800,000 translate into "no adjustment required" to the balance sheet? TIA

Director buys might be viewed as a huge sign of confidence as this will be the first time in many years. Not critical as the directors and associated companies have a big interest in the business already.

Yes good news. The boys are certainly cleaning up the compnay and removing issues. Soon it will be just down to how much the IP can generate in royalties and we can value the company on that. Wonder if with this out of the way we can see some director buys at this level?

Another really good piece of news. By the looks of things they got somewhere between $700,000 and $800,000! That secures the company even further. Well done the Directors I say!

8p spread and 1212 sale below the bid price.
No matter what news or deals are done the price WILL fall if supply is greater than demand and thats the situation we find ourselves in to make matters worse its the companies own broker who is selling stock.

Can anyone put some figures to this new situation?

Deal with Biomerics for existing Clients and New Clients?
Syncardia Mediation settlement?
Expected reduction of running costs?

This looks a very good deal and position we find ourselves in but just not clear on the financials.
