Prophet can you say a bit more about this please? I feel confident that Saint Jude will make amends for the problems but what that entails noone seems to know. Still the price moves up. In advance of good news?

Must be tomorrow or Friday... Price is up online but not showing. Surely they will announce a resolution to the court case and a financial deal to boot.

way2000 the interims were out on the 14th last year so I think we will get some sort of release any day now.

I doubt very much SJ have ever done business with men in skirts & perhaps thats why we are seeing matters dragging on. How do you know what clan a scotsman from?. Well I have heard "if you lift up his kilt & there is two 1/4 pounders , he's a Mc Donalds".

I am sure Bill Brown has his statement under control, probably writing it as we speak!

The language barrier is a bit of a problem however as Microsoft has yet to produce a spell checker in Glaswegian, Eddie Mcdaid was seen attending a board meeting in a pinstripe suite and a string vest, he was dressed up for the day.

Good post landy, as you explained everything so clearly perhaps you should assist with the writing of the Statement. I hope that there will be full consultation with major shareholders on future strategy in advance of issue, so no surprises

I heard on the grapevine that one of the reasons for the negotiations with STJ taking so long was the language barrier, the heavy Scottish burr of Bill and Eddie defeating the delicate ears of the St Jude heavies. I understand that Robin Williams charges reasonable rates for his translation services:

the delays do suggest to me that a bid from STJ is a very strong possibility
