Thanks hard work, but do you not think it strange when in the below RNS

it states

'* The Loan Notes are convertible at any time at the option of the note holders into an aggregate of 577,275,643 ordinary shares of 1 penny in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")'

and that is on top of the 247,302,761 shares currently in issue

Yet the Fox note and NH state 300 million shares fully diluted, maybe they just mean shares, options and warrants in that number.

This issue needs clarifying up as it makes a massive difference to the investment case,it makes or breaks it imo

Bush (post 1554) - I checked with NH and he assures me that FD's report DOES allow for conversion in the valuations

Not a ridiculous amount of share dilution here either by my quick check - appears approx double the number of share in issue now than in early 08. Can any long termers confirm this?

Let's get this recent rise in perspective ... more to come here given the news IMHO.

Mentioned in an article about Crew :

'Meanwhile, the sale of the Nalunaq mine to Angus & Ross will be completed when the new Greenland Minister for Minerals and Petroleum gets round to signing the transfer authorization.'

Someone still dumping at 2.75 shame cos this would be well up on the day given the tradiing patterns

From ruudboy99 on iii:

t1ps updated view is, for what its worth: "The shares remain risky, as the company continues with its search for further financing to put the Black Angel Mine and Nalunaq into production. Until the company delivers the stance can be no more than 'speculative buy' at 2.625p."

That broker note is misleading to the point of being criminal.
It states fully diluted shares at 300 million.... more like 822 million shares with the convertible loan notes.
Have i missed something regarding these loan notes??

You don't have to use cyanide leaching to produce gold though but it makes it a lot more efficient...

I think! (remembering chat from the HMB a few years back!)

hw it don't say full production it says quote "We have assumed that the licence to use cyanide will not be granted until mid February and we therefore anticipate gold production early in the June quarter of 2010" to me thats says any gold production.A bit of a let down there AGAIN.Guess we'll just have to wait a bit longer to get that share price up a a decent lvl AGAIN.

Mmmm, yeah, looking at it again I can see that it look like it's for the cyanide treatment.
Not well written or it contains the ambiguity for a reason...;-)
