03/11/2016 13:36 | I'm in London tonight and may have time to go to the presentation. Does anyone have any questions if I do go? | homebrewruss
03/11/2016 13:34 | @cyber: mate you sound rather stressed and frustrated ... thanks for explaining, it is not hard to understand, quite easy on the contrary. I happen to be a doctor and work for NHS and clearly understand the stress it is under. I was just trying to establish your viewpoint. On a positive for NHS, we will have to look after 3mln people less as well - a good few % drop in population! and nothing stops government from creating posts for the nhs workforce, as highly skilled migrants (the ones who are already here or would want to come over). regards | doc_oj
03/11/2016 13:28 | Zhockey - because that's will happen if democracy dies. England voted for Brexit by almost 7% by the way. | timberwolf3
03/11/2016 13:23 | It seems Brexiteers are worried about debating facts and realistic outcomes rather than the delusions, fantasies and lies voted on in June (on both sides). Sovreignty of Parliament is what Brexiteers voted for, so let's see it exercised. If Brexit is still so compelling there's nothing Brexiteers have to worry about. | andrewsr
03/11/2016 13:17 | doesn't matter about Brexit doesn't matter who is going to win the US election gold is going up - there is simply too much global debt for any single person/leader or governemnt to magic up a solution. Austria issues a 70 year bond, what does that say (apart from wtf): it cannot 'ever' repay the capital, its like trying 'kicking the can' from London to the North Pole! | xcap
03/11/2016 13:13 | Why would there be civil disobedience? The vote was effectively 50/50 and the remain'ers have not be up in arms. Most of the young (restless) population voted to remain. | zhockey

03/11/2016 12:50 | Because hundreds of thousands of them work in the NHS and could not be replaced at the drop of a hat. It takes many years to train and doctor or a nurse. Is that hard to understand? If private companies were to lose 5-10% of their staff tomorrow, it wouldn't cause turmoil? | cyberbub
03/11/2016 12:46 | @cyberbub: "particularly if 2M EU immigrants were deported, it would throw the NHS into utter turmoil." how is that so? | doc_oj
03/11/2016 12:29 | Well, barely 25% of the UK population, and only 35% of the overall electorate, voted for Brexit, so I don't see it as an overwhelming victory. It's a tricky one for the Govt. I understand that 75% of MPs are Remainers because they know that it's not in their constituents' interests to leave, particularly if 2M EU immigrants were deported, it would throw the NHS and the wider UK economy into utter turmoil. Whether the MPs would vote against the slim referendum majority is unclear. Meanwhile as you say it could cause a constitutional crisis if there was a formal Govt U-turn.The most important thing though is to respect the law. Governments and politicians come and go, but if we lose respect for the law or actively undermine the law like Trump, then anarchy will reign.I suspect we might see an early general election within 3 months, if the Supreme Court upholds today's decision. | cyberbub
03/11/2016 12:10 | Very much sour grapes from those who haven't got their way. Like Matt says if this democratic decision doesn't go through then its likely UKIP will be a major name in UK politics. | celeritas
03/11/2016 12:03 | lol .. merely a delaying tactic .. the will of the people will not be ignored by the government. It will be done else, they know Farage will be in No.10 Downing Street. We're leaving the EU and this is just a last ditch delaying tactic by the remoaners | mattjos
03/11/2016 12:02 | cyber - if your wish were to come true , we would see major civil disorder on the streets of England. | timberwolf3
03/11/2016 11:59 | Cyber, this is the excuse needed it's all over for Brexit | zhockey
03/11/2016 11:56 | The point is that with an AISC of $700, assuming POG doesn't completely collapse, AAZ is very undervalued on any metric. | cyberbub
03/11/2016 11:55 | Brexit is not 'cancelled', there is an appeal, and *if* the appeal upholds the decision it just means that Parliament has to vote on it.Personally I hope Brexit does get cancelled! | cyberbub
03/11/2016 11:42 | Gold coming off bad with cancelled Brexit, personally I don't think golds strength has been that much to do with Brexit so may be short lived. | zhockey
03/11/2016 11:35 | Mattjos - you don't have to tell me, I coming out at £5 per share plus plus ... (and thats at 75000 gold production) when gold goes through $2000, but didn't want to mention figures like that for being accused of all sorts we shouldn't forget the other major plus points - significant Director shareholding since inception, complete alignment with shareholders - a proven (CEO has put his 'own money where is mouth is') non dilutive policy - and a proven production mine since 2009 these are major cornerstone foundations as investment criteria, a director putting in his own money is very rare indeed as RV has done over many years | xcap
03/11/2016 11:35 | Volumes are picking up day on day.. Bodes well for future rises on positive news | letmepass
03/11/2016 11:35 | Yes Matt, which is why I don'r really understand your pice if gold is at $4.400. Think you are way out | jbe81
03/11/2016 11:31 | prove up another 2m oz at Gedabek and run that through your ready reckoner xcap. The Russian geologists would tell you that 2m oz is still only scratching the surface | mattjos
03/11/2016 11:22 | ASIC of $703 is outstanding at $1300 gold thats a margin (before GA, depn etc) of almost $600 and at 75000 oz production = $45m/112m shares = 40p esp (gross admittedly)x 10 years pe = £4, discount from this debt capex royalties general admin .... and you still get surely a very healthy sp, are we grossly undervalued???? yes gold at $1400 and then $1500 begins to looks outstanding value here | xcap
03/11/2016 11:14 | slide 13 3. Electrical sub-station and associated overhead power lines to connect the Gedabek site to the national electricity grid. This will result in cleaner and cheaper electrical power at Gedabek, which up to now has been supplied by diesel generators. It is anticipated that this will result in cost savings of approximately $1.8 to $2.0 million per annum. 03/11/2016 11:06 | Oh well Brexit cancelled, what will it mean for gold? | zhockey
03/11/2016 11:03 | much too early for a divi now. I don't want one now to be honest. | mattjos |
