25/10/2016 11:17 | Yes, excellent volume backing up this even quicker rise. Daily average volumes are somewhere around 350k from memory and we're well above that the last few days. Indeed just glancing at the graph makes the volumes for October look like July, but of course the value traded is much higher now. Underlines the fact that one of the things driving this quick rise is there really aren't many shares to go round. 50m* or so in free float. That's it, so once you've got 'em, hang onto 'em! *I've not included my shares in free float :) | jbravo2
25/10/2016 10:50 | blueball, we are using MATTJOS tred. | terropol
25/10/2016 10:24 | Excellent price movement here every time pulls back a touch gets buys and takes it higher, get the feeling 30p is imminent | csmwssk12hu
25/10/2016 10:08 | SOLG is not a bad peer comparison in terms of exploration potential and they are valued at over 10 times AAZ! | zhockey
25/10/2016 09:19 | Matt, I've not mentioned this yet and quite surprised that it hasn't been discussed yet, however forget bittalbug, Chovdar, gosha etc, what I suspect AIMC really want is the rights to the Filizchay pyrite-polymetal deposit. I'll leave this one here for the minute, but I suggest you spend a few minutes researching it! | cannonfodd3r
25/10/2016 09:00 | Yes there has been talk at a few of the AGM's. I remember boros asking about it as long ago as 4 years ago. I can't see it personally at the moment. Matt isn't quite right as at the moment it isn't in our favour to renegotiate it anyway. We get to claim 100% of the costs back. Granted that is only at a rate of upto 75% of the sales for each year but we carry the rest forward. AIMROC had the same deal on that but with the allowance to claim back 100% of the sales each year. That's not the important number though. The 100% of costs is. We've got past the difficult period and so 75% is fine from now on. As for past the "expenditure phase" I'm not sure. They would like to then I'm sure but it might not be relevant anyway. | jbravo2
25/10/2016 09:00 | Thing is some will be shaken out as they have bought in last couple of weeks at twenty and think quick buck, those that have been here in the 4-16 range know this has a long way to run still | csmwssk12hu
25/10/2016 08:59 | csm .. look at the long term chart. You can see where & when this traded at £1.26 | mattjos
25/10/2016 08:57 | Mattjos - thanks. I was wondering the same thing about the ex-AIMROC assets. | homebrewruss
25/10/2016 08:53 | homebrew .. this has been discussed to death over the years. Yes, the company wants to try and change it but, it requires an act of the government & so not easy. Personally, I think this will likely be one of the factors in the negotiations with regards the ex-AIMROC assets. AIMROC had a more favourable PSA awarded them so, that subject would appear to be on the negotiating table | mattjos
25/10/2016 08:47 | Has there ever been any talk by the company or does anyone think there is a chance of renegotiating the PSA in the future? | homebrewruss
25/10/2016 08:43 | A pitiful attempt at getting a few out there. You've got to be some kind of nervous investor to be spooked by drops here. Honestly we saw it run from 4p to 20p then spend a month at 15p but did the sky fall in? That valuation comparison says it all. How many hundreds of millions do SOLG need to get to production? AAZ on the other hand.... lol | jbravo2
25/10/2016 08:42 | A bit of awareness if you look we have only normally done small moves up and down so we don't get on big movers boards last week we got a bit of publicity for those smart enough to look into it have probably said to themselves this is undervalued so have bought in, same as I did back at 12p and continued to buy since, as people have said in past why did I not buy in at 4p, quite simply I had never heard of AAZ. There are a lot of people who will not have heard of this and when they do they will buy as it's so cheap it's scary. | csmwssk12hu
25/10/2016 08:36 | sleveen, these were "blatantly undervalued" last week and the week before and yet the share price was languishing - something has sparked this rise and is also helping to maintain it. | crazycoops
25/10/2016 08:34 | you look at the market cap of this and then look at the mkt cap of SOLG ... both have same copper/gold porphyryic type deposits SOLG: £354m AAZ: £31m | mattjos
25/10/2016 08:31 | I think it's just realisation that it was chronically undervalued and still is, the 3rd November investor awareness seminar will drive this forward even more after that date, that's when the herd may start to arrive, at the moment these are modest rises, when the herd arrives we will either get a few days of 30-50% or one day of 100% plus and that's when you know the herd have arrived | csmwssk12hu
25/10/2016 08:25 | The vast majority aren't going to be interested in selling really jbe. Anyone who has done any reading of any size knows the exciting times are approaching but not here yet. Whether it be the enlargement of Gedabek through Bittibulag, Ugur or "near Ugur"(...oh and don't forget Gadir has never been included in a resource or reserve update yet either). Whether it be the transformation of the sector in Azerbaijan. Whether it be a flotation expansion and increased output. Whether it be even lower costs next year courtesy of the electricity supply and water plant. Thats all yet to happen. Selling any now begs the question "why won't they be even higher come end of the tax year?" or if that isn't relevant "why won't they be higher in 6 months?" Then one would have to decide "Where shall i put my money to get exposure to a better chance of growth than here?" Result? Not many want out yet. | jbravo2
25/10/2016 08:23 | crazycoops It's the blatant undervaluation, AAZ could rise to 50p and still be undervalued compared to SHG SRB etc, IMHO | sleveen
25/10/2016 08:21 | Six hours well spent researching AAZ this weekend :-) | sleveen
25/10/2016 08:21 | Once a share starts rising like this then sometimes the ' herd' arrive hoping for a quick buck. I hope they have not arrived here but it might just be that. | jeanesy
25/10/2016 08:18 | Indeed zhockey! While I am happy to have the gain, it would be nice to know what is driving this rise. If it relates to last week's discovery, then that is one helluva delayed reaction. If it is "technical" buying, then unlikely to stick. If it is an insti buying in, then it would be nice to know who. If it is because further news is in the pipeline, then... I could go on but will feel more comfortable once the reason for the price rise becomes known (if it ever does). | crazycoops
25/10/2016 08:15 | Seriously undervalued worth 100p a share in the next 12 months imo. | blueball
25/10/2016 08:12 | Who's buying? | zhockey
25/10/2016 08:11 | lovely jubbly ! | jeanesy
25/10/2016 08:06 | still nobody interested in selling! | jbe81 |
