What I meant was . That Stephen Westlake stated that they were not looking to purchase other assets.

I guess people are wary of which way gold will go and hence reluctant to invest.

All very positive. Shame that the shareprice has gone down ! Not sure what it is going to take to get people to buy into the story here. All very frustrating at the moment !

He did not say that about looking for other assets, he said thay have massive potential with the current assets, the interviewer jumbled two questions.

Theysounded very positive on exploration

By far the best interview that Bill Morgan has given, Very positive!!.
Flotation plant upgrade still on the cards. He also mentioned that they were not looking for other deposits elsewhere. Was that a hidden message regarding Aimroc assets.

Profile for their new Director of Geology:https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephenwesthead5 years previous at Russia's largest gold miner Polyus Gold - 3 years in Kazakhstan & 2 years in Russia as Geological adviser to the Board.Polyus itself produces 1.7moz per year & 60moz+ of reserves.Looks like yet another very astute appointment by Reza in support of his ambitions to significantly grow AAZ. Equally I doubt Stephen Westhead would be persuaded to join a company such as AAZ unless he was aware and bought in to the future growth plans of the company.

Just got back from work to find the results were out early. Not surprised , but disappointed , to see a reduction in full year production weeks after they said everything was on track ! They have explained why, but the market has seen us miss production figures all too often in the past. Good to see the debt coming down. Hopefully the company can now deliver improved production over the next few months . A positive statement from the company going forward. No more hiccups please!

I disagree, cash costs are more important for a miner like AAZ. AISC are to price large cap miners who look to run perpettualy, it's primarily a pricing of reserve replenishment. So for AAZ, who arw priced at what, two years production? AISC are not really relevent, once they have a p/e of 10 then you can start worrying about AISC.

The key though is the AISC, I haven't yet had time to look through the results fully, is the AISC quoted anywhere? I recall that they were always rather cagey about it.

If gold miners go on another run these cash costs should put AAZ in a strong position. Could we even be looking sub $500 once the electric plant goes in?
