Did you find the announcement you need? Angm was my first big mistake. The directors of the company should be investigated, but as always on aim they go free.

this week the ANGM guru is mostly ramping

RLH

who have admitted there is a placing coming

1. Company admit they have insufficient funds
2. Company attempt to ramp up share price with Broker roadshow
3. Liquid Weaselaire active
4. Shill journalists writing 'positive' articles

JAFs question 'Who is going to buy these shares?' 'Since even you have realized that there will be a share price death spiral on your predictions, one can assume that every other investor has aswell'.NO every other investor won't necessarilly agree with my analysis, you for one were too thick to believe that suspension was coming. Now you are too stupid to work out how ANGM could place shares, even though I have explained how several times before.Once more so that EVEN YOU can understand how. ANGM consolidates the shares say 50:1,so the new share price is 25p.They then do a deal with someone like Socius who agree to take on shares at a discount aslong as the share price doesn't drop below that discount level.Sound familiar? It is,as it is the same deal Socius had when they reneged on a $3m loan AFTER pre-selling 50m shares into the market, which ANGM never got back yet, as far as I know! This deal is a cert winner for the lender as the shares are pre-sold into the market for a guaranteed profit before the cash is handed over. Are you so senile JAF that you have forgotten that this method to do placings is tried and tested here?

There's a lot in what you say 99Jeremiah but it is very unlikely that ANGM will go bust.Cyrus effectively controls ANGM and as an investment company they have access to all the funds that ANGM will ever need. They offered ANGM the funding for BAM @ 15% loan rate but ANGM are looking for a better deal/method of funding.Cyrus have a member on the BoD and know ANGMs true worth.BAM is probably worth $2000m once into production and ANGM have Nalunaq aswell.ANGM also have first mover advantage in Greenland and could become a massive enterprise in time.Cyrus are well aware of this and with 577m shares in ANGM they have a lot to gain. The fact that they just leant ANGM another $1.75m rather than pushing ANGM into a placing speaks volumes and allows the share price to rise without an overhang around its neck.

This alway's makes me chuckle when posters quote
"Plenty of positive news due. GLA"

It is very seldom the case especially with ANGM

It looks like the actual dealing spread is only 0.03p,1.1p bid and 1.13p offer. The buying at 1.13p has already started.Another morning rise followed by afternoon fall and a resulting overall small rise I guess.

Your guesses are invariably inaccurate and angm continues to lose money hand over fist.

Asset rich and cash poor companies are common on AIM, and usually end in disaster for shareholders.

Why would this be any different ?

MMs are going to be put on the run here and then we should see some real large rises.(Although I am quite happy with these small daily rises).

gb you say this "MMs are going to be put on the run here" every day 3 or four times a day.
It never happens it makes you look desperate ;)

I bet that there are a lot of ex-holders kicking themselves for not buying back in at 0.95p.It is not too late though as ANGM can rally far.Last time they rallied from 0.8p to 3p.Don't miss this rally.

I bet there are a lot of holders that bought above 5p and watched it sink to these levels and desperately sat ramping the dead duck in the vein chance of getting out with a few quid to drop on the next debt ridden poor producing stock.
Are they buying (The rampers) Noooooooo they want Joe muggins to buy so they can sell.
LoL

Exacty Tim.

Nice to see someone on this thread with a large dose of common sense.

Marab (re your post on wows thread),it is not the next gold pour that is driving the share price but expectations of a licence to remove some Target Block pillars.I don't expect a gold pour now to be exceptional but I expect the September onwards gold pours to be really good.

Crumbs left here, yep, 25% of Arctic Mining and loss making Nalunaq. To keep trading ANGM will have to raise capital, how will they do it? As ANGM will also be expected to raise enough cash to fund 25% of BAM development they will need $20m (£15m) atleast.£15m is 3,000,000,000 shares at 0.5p.Now who is going to take on 3,000,000,000 shares? NOBODY! What will be the alternatives? Increase the share price and reduce the number of shares needed! 50:1 consolidation would give a share price of 25p and then only 60,000,000 shares are needed. These can be fed into the market via SEDA taps/Socius deals (pre-selling into the market for a cert profit). This pre-selling is a tried and tested way ANGM have raised cash before. It destroys the share price with overhang after overhang (a share price death spiral) but both the company and the lender do well at the share holders expense. This will happen IMO.

tony,if they were buys the share price would have gone up,they were bang on the bid and were probably the reason why PIs could buy at just over that price.Cubey I do not worry about LGO as they have good news in the pipeline not bad news like ANGM have coming soon.Badhshah,Feb 15th comes before March and so capital restructuring and decimation of the share price will start long before.ANGM will not raise $3.85m by Feb 15th as they would need a gold pour of 3200 oz and the Nov 30th gold pour was 557 oz,get real.ANGM would also have to have raised equity cash by then aswell as it is the other condition Cyrus insisted upon.Equity cash will be raised but it will be raised to pay for ANGMs 25% development costs of BAM,hence dilution.A share price of 5p,only if the consolidation is 10:1 or more!

Sleveen it is always the case that if gold pour news is delayed then there is a problem,in that you were correct on wows thread.'Consolidation isn't necessarilly bad news' comment as the market value initially is the same is obvious, simple maths and I taught maths once. The point that you don't grasp is the one I kept hammering at 'consolidation followed by placing after placing with shares issued like confetti and a share price death spiral'.Sharpen up sleveen.IMO ANGM are going to do exactly what they did when the share price was 8p.They issue shares to the likes of Socius for cash but Socius pre-sells them for a guaranteed profit in the pre-market before the RNS appears.ANGM even gave Socius a 'get out if the market drops clause'.This led to the fiasco of Socius pre-selling 50m shares at 3p and then welching on the deal to lend $3m.(I have never heard anything about resolving this and as far as I know Socius still owe ANGM 50m shares). It is these death spiral deals that will destroy the share price My scenario is say a 40:1 consolidation taking the share price to say 28p and then deals with Socius/YA Global/AN Other and periodic placings to fund the 25% development cost for BAM that ANGM will be left with.
