No, it isn't working for me either. Was released at 7.45 though rather than 7.

Amazing gentleman ...what a life he leads .

Flew in Mosquito's during WW2 & highly decorated , I believe ...

All started with a petrol station in Paris and the rest, as they say , is history.

Comments from PP(Paulipilot in case you weren't aware.)

"At 178p the mkt cap is £75m, but 89% of the shares are owned by EOI Sykes Sarl and the Directors. Which perhaps explains why the shares always look cheap, and are currently on a PER of just 6, despite being net cash of £12.6m, and having delivered good solid results today. It's a terrific business though, churning out reliable cashflow every year, and occasionally they pay out a large special divi. The ownership structure will put off many investors, which is a pity as the company itself is surely worth around 300p a share (10 times earnings).

Very happy with the results. 30p of cash. The second half will likely be better than last year due to the olympic contracts so should have nearer 45p by Dec. Expecting a chunky amount of that to be returned as a dividend. Steady as she goes. Glad I managed to mop up a few more recently.

That would be welcome indeed. ASY are a quality outfit. Happy to continue to hold these.

Fangorn, they have said they will look at a divi 'later this year' which is exactly what they did last year and it was declared on 8th Nov, so I dont think you will have to wait until the next reporting review period. It was £2.8m last year but maybe a bit more this year. Also, throughout the time I've been with them (since 1997) they have always had a great cash flow.

Very encouraging results from what I can see.

Skim read it. Healthy cash flow which is good to see. Hopefully positive news Divi side at the next reporting review period. I'd personally prefer if they paid the divi rather than engage in share buybacks myself.

Excellent summary Keith - very encouraging results. Their measured expansion in Europe also seems to have been well executed.

The results look pretty good. Everything up on the first half last yr and they have £12.6m cash which must be nearer £14m now and will be up to £15m at year end. The Olympics and pumps should help offset poor a/c furing July to Sept so its now down to a cold spell before year end to help things along. A div was declared early Nov last year so I presume it'll be similar this year unless trading takes a marked downturn.

Apologies for late reply Keith. Ive picked up around 10k shares including the buy today since my post. Would still happily pick up more stock. Especially if the share price spiked lower!
