02/12/2016 19:23 | I get no financial gain what so ever. What I do with my time is my business. Now as this is the ADL board why not address the serious issues I have raised on the status of ADL's finances. The fact of the matter is you really do not understand the issues, all you can do is mindlessly ramp and regurgitate stuff about TW. Prove me wrong, discuss the ADL issues. | sweet karolina
02/12/2016 17:50 | What you mean is I have hit the nail on the head and you have no answer to it ! Nothing paranoid about pointing out the fact that you spend all your time making undermining posts on the BB's of companies TW is attacking on SP's. FACT What I think most people would question is what is in it for you as it is very unlikely you are not doing it for some financial gain......all day long most days for nothing......! | yorgi
02/12/2016 17:41 | I will discuss the issues facing ADL Yorgi, not your paranoid delusions. | sweet karolina
02/12/2016 16:25 | Funny how when I get the truth you turn to being rude, a sure sign I am very close to the truth if not spot on ! What is clear all the companies that Tom is attacking you and IOnlyPostAfterBBMs are also attacking on ADVFN. Coincidence........ I think not. You still have not been open why you spend so many hours of your life doing it ? The love of it ? I think not but how you are profiting from it is the big question and needs further clarity ! | yorgi
02/12/2016 15:14 | I want to discuss the issues facing ADL; this is an ADL board. Thanks for proving how clueless you are. You don't even understand the issue. You ramp on AERO too in the same vacuous manner because you do not understand the issue there, which is very similar just an order of magnitude worse. | sweet karolina
02/12/2016 13:10 | Yorgi, Stop ducking the real issue - play the ball not the man. If what I have said is factually incorrect then point it out. You clearly have a different opinion on what the implication of the facts mean so express it. I do not believe you are a hypocrite trying to pump this stock for your own ends (you are failing miserably if you are). I do believe you really are as clueless as your posts imply and cannot therefore present a coherent response to the key issues which just to remind you are: The company needs to raise a significant amount of money - The auditor says so. The figure of £1m has been mentioned and fits with the shortfall of what they did not get when very few people exercised their warrants. There is good reason to believe that the placing process has started, however it would appear not to be going very well. There are 1.5 Bn shares authorised for issue and taking account the current price and the discount that would need to be offered all of those shares would need to be issued to raise the amount needed. Where is the demand going to come from to soak up 1.5 Bn shares given trading volumes on normal days and ramping RNS days? Those who put money into the readmission placing have seen the value of their investment decline by over 50% in 7 months and have seen the company which should have been funded for at least 18 months get an emphasis of matter less than 6 months later. | sweet karolina
02/12/2016 12:35 | Quite laughable if you think people are that naive.........some might be of course but I know your game ! | yorgi
02/12/2016 12:34 | Are you so rich that and so bored that you can find nothing else to do but try and save others from losing money and you are not making any money out of it someway ? | yorgi
02/12/2016 12:32 | Do you really think people believe you are so benevolent that you spend all day posting negative things on a number of BB's coincidently the same ones your mate Tom is having a go at just at the goodness of you heart ? | yorgi
02/12/2016 12:29 | Now you are not still trying to convince people you post on all the stocks that your mate Tom is attacking just out of the goodness of your heart to try and save people from losing money by buying these "dreadful" companies are you Adrian ? | yorgi
02/12/2016 12:28 | Yes Yorgi I know exactly what it means and I know I am not one. How about addressing the issue of how ADL are going to get the cash their auditor said they needed with the shareprice where it is and the limited liquidity to absorb large numbers of shares. | sweet karolina
02/12/2016 12:23 | Do you know what the word hypocrite means ? | yorgi
02/12/2016 12:10 | Yorgi, ADL is a bucket shop only stock. Do you actually know what that means and what the implications are? | sweet karolina
02/12/2016 08:23 | Perhaps you would like to explain what's in it for you ? | yorgi
02/12/2016 08:21 | Why are you talking about bucket shops who is interested in buckets this is the ADL BB now get on with Toms bidding of attacking all the companies that Tom does on his rant site and twitter. Funny how with around 1000 AIM stocks listed and you caring so much about unfortunate PI's that you just do Toms bidding and ignore the rest. | yorgi
02/12/2016 08:12 | Yorgi, How many average days trading would it take for a 5% holder to sell out? There is liquidity for PIs to get out if that is what they chose to do. How much liquidity would be needed for bucket shops to flip 1.5 Bn shares? | sweet karolina
02/12/2016 00:22 | Liquidity is not low Adrian I can assure you. Not that I either agree with your agenda helping TW or is it anything to be proud of it does enable those that know what progress the company is making to buy shares at an even more attractive price :-) | yorgi
01/12/2016 23:58 | No PI has to become or remain a shareholder. IIs with notifiable shareholdings have a problem getting out particularly when liquidity is low, but PIs always have a choice. It is their decision what choice they make and therefore only have themselves to blame for not reading the writing on the wall. 1.5 Bn shares authorised and a need to raise £1M+ to keep the show on the road for a bit longer. Auditors raise emphasis of matters over going concern for a good reason - it is their job to work on behalf of shareholders, though admittedly far too many fail in that regard. | sweet karolina
01/12/2016 20:59 | Sorry the poor shareholders today. | blueball
25/11/2016 14:43 | Perhaps it was DW going on the podcast, breaching AIM rules, sucking in a load of PIs at prices that will never be seen again then getting the shares suspended that has led to the lack of people wanting to buy in on Paul's uplifting statement. This company, whether you believe in it or not is going to have to raise money several times before it can possibly fund itself, It really is no a good idea to shaft your PI base. | sweet karolina
25/11/2016 14:35 | Even stranger that Paul talks about things taking time, but when Dave went on the Podcast a year ago, CEB were on the verge of farming into a whole bunch of a transformational, near-term cash generative assets. After all, they had already screened 70 of them. | doshdabbler
25/11/2016 13:34 | Why no buyers this AM after that uplifting AGM statement from Paul? Maybe they are all calling Cornhill and saying put me down for a wedge in the deeply discounted placing. Strange that Paul witters on about how wonderful their process is and that is why it takes a long time, but does not say anything about how little money they have left. | sweet karolina
23/11/2016 17:47 | Has to be 50 percent discount at least to get that sort of raise done. | njw2 |
