I had a look at ADL recently and thought the business plan made sense to me and has potential to be a success. The bios of the BOD adds to that confidence in my view. The placing was clearly disappointing to say the least for existing shareholders but that is done and at level below the placing price for the present market cap I thought worth buying. Whether that proves to be case patience will be required but I thought interesting none the less.
