Few sellers at start of trading today and Rock Fort yet to complete daily dump of 400k-500k shares.

Maybe best to sit on the sidelines and wait for the share price to stabilise at sub-1 pence.

Projected Capital Costs
The projected initial capital cost for the operational design is based on public information, which has been calculated by staff and sourced by external organisations. Presently, the initial capital expenditure for a fully Toll Smelt operation and the Owner Operated furnace facility ranges from approximately $US 550 million to $US 700 million.

A summary of the initial capital requirements follow:

Smelt Only = $561.7 million

Infrastructure & Perm Facilities = $467.4 million

Mobile Equipment = $94.3 million

TOTAL CAPITAL OUTLAY = $1.123 billion


From the AMC website. Can this possibly be true? A £17 million company looking to raise over $1 billion in funds just to start mining?

Some would righty conclude this will be challenging and ask on what timescale?

It is good to dream but to think these amounts of money could be raised is FANTASY.

LTH's need to sometimes wake-up and direct any anger towards their BoD's. The BoD's are in full control of the fate of this company and ultimately a shareholders investment.

FURTHER 98.5% DILUTION ON TODAYS SHARE PRICE FOR $1 BILLION FUNDRAISE.

STRUGGLING RIGHT NOW TO UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS CASE TO INVEST IN AMC.

No revenues or any figures to reveal to the market.
Management are one of the worst I've come across.
No buyers and I do not blame them.

Like i have mentioned in my previous, be very careful here.
Rampers have certainly been proved very wrong here so far.
My take is that this will go below 5p and there will be another placing.

This will be a rinse and repeat placings cycle unfortunatley and i personally doubt that they are making any money in this at all taking into account costs of running the show, salaries etc!
There seem to be a few die hard TERN'ers on this thread and fair play to them as it's their own hard earned.
Personally would not touch this!
Always keep an open mind and listen to both sides (Bulls & Bears) Seems like the Bears have been right so far in this one to date.
Just don't get sucked in by the Rampers as they are all over AIM and these corrupt markets.

Good morning and a happy almost xmas to you all.
This will be my last post ever on ADVFN as I am getting away from shares and will only be holding in TERN as an investor.
Just to let you all know.
The first 1 million purchase of this morning was mine.
1 x 500k
2 x 250k

I'm making this snappy and I understand not all will believe me so I have no issue with that.

I visited the Tern offices yesterday afternoon and was welcomed with open arms
I will not be saying anything on this board or any other regarding my meeting as I believe if you have invested here you need to do your own research and make an effort to getting the information you need.
Well I left more than satisfied.
I'm not going to say any more than buy more shares here if you have money, if not it's still good
This time next year some of you here will be looking at retirement :)

I will still be accumalting on the quiet and I wish you all the very best for 2018 and one thing, don't worry about TERN

Just to let you all know I am in contact with the BOARD at TERN
They know all
Trust me its going to get hot here soon :)

I have sent countless emails and messages to them via the DA site and our worries are being addressed as we speak and appropriate action will be taken if necessary (which tells me it will be)

I will not post the full letter here due to privacy and the respect of the TERN board but it is very similar to JOE's make that what you will.
