Battery makers for electric vehicles will not be sourcing Nickel from LME inventories. They will want to secure long term supply to ensure they have access to a key component. Imagine a car manufacturer having a full electric fleet but no batteries. It will all come down to how much somebody is willing to pay for that surety. Im suspecting quite a lot and therefore pay no attention to the current Nickel price, now the rapidly declining Nickel stocks, that's interesting

Errm,in 2006 the Nickel price per Ton was about $40K in 2007 the price turned to
$ 50K. Then we had the Market Crashe. The rest is history.
The Stock levels at LME are falling and the price of Nickel has started to go up.
It all boiles down to supply and demand,simply that is how the world works.

A buyer does not base their calculation on today's price or even next year's. They will be looking at the long term and the long term, no matter who you listen to, is predicting a significant increase in demand both from stainless steel and electric vehicles.

Both CATL and BYD are on the hunt for JV partners for all the battery metals. Its inconceivable that Amur is not on both their radars.

There is nothing wrong with topping up as long as the so called "Endgame" shows
that AMC is going to make the Billions that it say's it will and at today's Nickel price. That is the only way we will attract someone to buy us out.
If Robin is waiting for a far higher Nickel price before releasing all the figures
then i think we will be waiting for a very very long time.
That is good news for you as more opportunity for topping up.

Thats good, the longer it stays low the more I can top up. I wish this would stay below 3p so by the end of this year I would have 5m holding?

The sad thing is that the value of Nickel 12 months from now is predicted to be
more or less what it is today. So the truth is that AMC has to be seen as a good
profitable company at today's Nickel price or its never going to happen.

After reading it i thought " We were valued at £40million in 2006 but we are valued
at £20million in 2019. So what was the point in carrying out all the work
that has taken place if it was not to increase the value of the company?"

Waiting for some news to come out of AMC.The $500K is not going to last for ever,if RY is to raise further finance then we need some good news to get this range bound share price on an ☝ upward trend. I am hoping the news comes soon.

Some very good news has come from AAZ.😂 that is my largest dividend paying share holding in my portfolio. A very good writeup will appear in the Mail today about AAZ. Anyone intrested should buy in before the Mail readers push the share price higher.

In the meanwhile the majors are sat on their hands and fat wallets, no money to be made until the market sorts itself out. Which is why I think the theory that RY is seeking a partner deal to further derisk the project. A good name will move the equity price a decent multiple from where we are and give Amur credibility. We have time as I don't see Nickel moving for 12 months. An updated PFS and a partner deal, a chance for river fort to exit and possibly for long term holders and new entrants.... 10p placing? Not unreasonable with the right partner deal

Well it's kind of expected really. Big capital outlays, potential growth but jam later, supply issues. It will happen I am sure and no battery maker will make batteries without supply. First to market struggling. Same with the EV makers. Combustion engine car firms aren't trying to win the race just tweak their business models. The first to market Tesla has in my opinion not a lot to win. Other watch the mistakes and know their consumers better. I think the activists and governments will provide the catalyst to accelerate, and consumers
