Robin proposed that construction to production would be best case 2 years....back in Oct 17, 6 months on we haven’t even got a pfs, road now will take at least a year before we can even start laying it. DFS pushed back, more awful fiancé deals agreed to, more dilution, share price on the floor. Robins own timescales are pure make believe fairytale stuff

This was announced by Deputy Head of the Department Hamit Mavliyarov during a working visit to Samara on February 22.As explained by the deputy minister, before making a decision on the construction of the facility at the expense of budgetary funds, the developer must compulsorily prepare a justification for investments - documentation that will include, among other things, the draft task for architectural and structural design of the facility and contain a brief description of the investment project.The requirements for the composition and content of the investment justification are established by the Government of the Russian Federation. The structure includes information about the main architectural, technological, constructive, volumetric planning and engineering solutions, as well as the justification for the proposed maximum cost of construction or reconstruction of the facility. In addition, the document should contain information on technological and engineering equipment, on the networks of engineering and technical support, on the construction project, on the design and list of measures for environmental protection, fire safety, and compliance with the energy efficiency requirements of buildings.All decisions reflected in the investment justification will be evaluated for their economic efficiency and compliance with the current level of technology and technology.The term of the TCA should not exceed 32 working days, depending on the complexity of the construction site. In conclusion, TCAs should contain expert assessment and conclusions on the possibility of optimizing selected solutions, basic technological equipment, as well as planned construction and finishing materials, reducing the time and cost of construction in general and its individual stages. After that, a decision will be made about the expediency of building the facility. Still no road after 9 years and If the asset is really worth £8 billion, how come they cant get a loan to build the road. Surely they could easily get a loan of £200 million using the ore as collateral.
