22/2/2016 07:20 | Fascinating to see 16m volume and a 40% rise Friday, on the back of Thursday.....and still no rns.Para, the nearest RY has come to broaching your question.... "It is my understanding that AMC was listed on the ISDX secondary market to facilitate the Equity Swap Agreements tied to the Lanstead funding. As this has now concluded, are there benefits in remaining on it? Are the directors presently in a lockout period to purchase shares?"Answer: AMC registered on the ISDX secondary market (29 April 2008) specifically to facilitate broader access to the trading of the Company shares. There was a minimal cost for this registration. Simply this was implemented to increase the ability of shareholders to trade AMC shares at a reasonable cost to the traders. There are no plans to change the current use of ISDX as it has historically and is presently providing a function enabling past, current and future shareholders to trade AMC shares. The registration was undertaken two and a half years before the first agreement with Lanstead in October 2010.The Directors are almost continuously in a "lockout period". As Directors, they are privy to inside information that can ultimately become price sensitive. Hence, the lockout is nearly continuous due to the news flow of the Company. In addition, there are administrative considerations that result in a lockout. This includes the periods where the Company is in progress with financial audits and reviews. Often these periods cover several months as we must incrementally work our way through the process which includes Russia, Cyprus, British Virgin Islands and the UK. | madengland_
21/2/2016 20:58 | The thing about this Spivs Trading Platform it would be very nice if the current AMC CEO would actually confirm if AMC are legally bound to be on it due to any current Financial Deal .. Or if AMC are on it on his say so ? | paragon157
21/2/2016 20:46 | I have asked this question a few times on here before .. Does anyone actually know any other Companies of a similar Size to AMC that Trade on this Trading Platform ? | paragon157
21/2/2016 20:41 | peawacks I have just Signed the Petition .. Thank you for bringing it to my attention ! | paragon157
21/2/2016 20:26 | Nicksig, you can have direct market access. You just need to pay your subscription, about £1700 per annum if I remember rightly. | peawacks
21/2/2016 20:16 | peawacks - I can't see that going anywhere as ultimately no one will care. For me the bigger issue is that most of us are unable to have access to DMA even on stocks that are traded via SETS. That is the main problem with stocks like AMC that often have very thin volume on the book | nicksig
21/2/2016 18:20 | Cheers Para. Atb | madengland_

21/2/2016 11:45 | Petition Correct Reporting of Share Trades on the London Stock Exchange We believe the current system works against the private investor as buys are shown as sells and vise versa according to the ask and bid price set by the market makers at the time of trading. We believe this is wide open to manipulation and misinterprets the facts. We would like to see a new, fair system that will report a trade factually. In turn this will lead to greater transparency on the London Stock Exchanges. AIM in particular seems manipulated by the Market Makers. Actually defeating their roll of creating a real and fair market for investors. Altering spreads to hide the status of transactions isn't transparent. 20/2/2016 21:11 | Evening peeps. Please filter this Catholic man avatar. It a bunch of chilsdish avatars made by Homeboy aka EJ Blythe. Filter him too. Lets keep the thread clean from these low lifes. Monday and a sign of more ro come as seen in the move before close. It seems someone is loading up. I havent emailed RY but I will be later on tonight.I would hate it if the market forced him to put an rns out RE:"know no reason for rise". Its a disgrace and I for one will be kicking up a stink if he does. I didnt see an rns RE:"know no reason for the fall" from 45p when clearly there was a reason for the rise to 45p. Amur assets with the licence granted is worth over 50p but here we were sitting at 5p with not a single rns.RY, keep shtum, JV news or buy out is all we need to know. | duxy786
20/2/2016 09:29 | ID good luck on that one. Never an easy share to guess. Could be at 10p or 5p Monday. Need some news, and for the sentiment shift in markets to continue. | madengland_
