Nitsig and Watfordhornet,Understand that you have a high average and it must be very discouraging to see the share price sink to such a low level but keep the faith here. RY has, without a doubt, delivered as a director which is a quality you will not find in many many AIM company directors.I know some of the LTH here have got very low averages but if you look back to when this went to 25-45p many new investors were buying. Imagine where their average is and their fear on the back the falling share price My belief is that this fear stops them from really taking advantage of the sharp fall in the share price and thereby making serious profit. If they averaged down by constantly, say monthly, adding at 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5p say, then their new holds would be in fantastic profit when the share price was back up at 45p and their origional investment would bring in zero loss/profit. Overall though, they would have made a packet out of AMC. I keep repeating here, but AIM investors simply fail because this group of People do not have holding power and just end up being a statistic.Don't worry about other people's holding (apologies for posting mine, its not to rub it in, honest. I do it to prove I have been open on this thread, something I have done since another good poster accused me of lying and sulked off). Most will lie on these board when they say they have just bought or sold out. Reality is their buying and selling is so minor, it has no effect on the share price unless it's a long term holder who has accumulated a large share. E.g. MadEngland or 3noddy.As I always say....1. Buy, hold, 2. add, hold....repeat 2.Duxy786

China Vehicle Sales Rise 7.7% as Tax Cut Boosts Demand for CarsBy Bloomberg News - 19 Feb 2016, 05:08:34China's vehicle sales rose 7.7 percent last month as demand was spurred by a cut in tax on purchase of small passenger cars and ahead of the Lunar New Year.Wholesale deliveries of passenger and commercial vehicles climbed to 2.5 million units in January, according to the state-backed China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Passenger vehicle sales rose 9.3 percent to 2.23 million units, while commercial vehicle sales declined 3.4 percent to 303,600 units, it said.Auto sales climbed during a period when China's stocks posted their worst month since October 2008 amid concern of slowing economic expansion and yuan volatility. Last year, a stock market rally first soaked up funds meant for large-ticket purchases then proceeded to depress discretionary spending in the ensuing rout. There was a rebound in demand after the government in October cut the purchase tax on vehicles. Last month, the association forecast vehicle sales will gain about 6 percent this year, faster than the 4.7 percent pace in 2015.Sales of passenger vehicles in the world's biggest auto market may rise in line with or slightly better than the rate of gross domestic product growth this year, Jochem Heizmann, Volkswagen AG's China chief, said this week. The government is targeting an economic expansion of 6.5 percent to 7 percent in 2016.Sales in January and February are not typically comparable because of demand ahead of the week-long national lunar new year holiday, which falls on different days each year.More articles on China, Cars
