timbo, I can't find anything about the Shard Capital Amryt event on the web. Is it open to the public, or just for Shard Capital customers? Could you give me a pointer, please?

Shard Capital will also be hosting an event where Amryt will be presenting, at the Shard HQ on Tuesday 18th October, starting at 17:00

I have booked my place.

I am surprised that they do not believe that sales of Imlan will increase into 2017; their estimate suggesting the same 0.9M t/o. I had thought the lack of exploitation of this product was a key driver to the acquisition!

As we are not yet in a position to push Episalvan into the market, it does make we wonder what our new commercial director will be doing.

Probably the length of time it has taken to get round to finishing the demerger process JP.

Amryt pharma ltd changed its name to fastnet oil and gas ltd on 18th april 2016

Fastnet equity became Amryt pharma plc on the 18th april 2016.

Oil assets moved to fastnet hydrocarbons ltd dec 2015 - new company incorporated same date.

Fastnet oil and gas ltd to be struck off the company register 16th October 2016.

I expect that it has taken this long as those doing the paperwork aren't exactly rushing it through.

You are quite right, sea7. Lloyds not hsbc. The IWeb Share Dealing Service is operated by Halifax Share Dealing Limited. Halifax Share Dealing Limited. Registered in England and Wales no. 3195646. Registered Office: Trinity Road, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 2RG. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14. It's over 5mths since fastnet changed to amryt and we were made aware of how we would be given a reciprocal number of shares in fastnet hydrocarbons. So why is it taking so long for brokers to apply any recognition to pi's accounts? And why don't iwebsharedealing have a clue about it?

I am sure they will update you soon JP. Iweb sharedealing is operated by halifax sharedealing, which is part of the lloyds banking group, so you will be in a nominee account with them.

Did the co. burn 1 million Euros between June and August? At that rate they will need more funds. They'll only have 4 million left by this time next year, and that's no consideration for any extra expenses that pop up moving towards ph3.

I emailed them the full Q and A transcript from the amryt site and they are looking into it. As I understand it, iwebsharedealing which is underwritten by HSBC keep all shares in nominee accounts so my fastnet shares would be in with thousands of other shareholders. I can see by looking through my accounts with them that as of 16th December 2015 I had 150,000 fastnet shares so I'll just have to wait to see what they come back to me with regarding this matter.

All the details are in the rns and the online Q and A regarding the bare trust.

Whilst it is not a tradeable instrument, it is the result of a corporate action and I am a beneficiary of any proceeds realised from the sale of the assets contained in this standalone entity.

This means that my broker has recorded this in my account, where they will stay until otherwise instructed by the trustees, via capita.

Your broker should make some record of your entitlement somewhere JP, otherwise if and when it comes to any payment to be made to former shareholders on the register prior to 15th Dec 2015 (IIRC), those using iwebsharedealing would not receive any money, as the broker would receive it from capita and keep it, until they had worked out, from old records, who they should be paying it to.

Perhaps Iweb aren't upto speed on it.

Not sure how you have these shares added to your account. I use iwebsharedealing, and I have contacted them regarding this matter and they haven't a clue what I'm on about.

Mine appeared on the 29th with a"c" before the type of trade, normally I see a B for buy and an S for sell followed by a number. I presume the c means corporate. Trade dated 28th

The trade is titled demerger fastnet equity, with a zero value and the trade is shown as settled.

In my investment holdings it is shown as fastnet equity, followed by number of shares held, with a zero value and the sell button is visible, however, no buy button is shown for obvious reasons.

I should imagine that any action on these, will be carried out by capita upon instruction from the trustees. The stockbrokers would then take what ever action is required of them by capita, such as crediting trading accounts with any proceeds due or any other corporate action.

Sea7,

That's interesting. The assets are held in a bare trust, so I wonder how your holding is described. It's not a stockmarket entity anymore.

Thanks sea7. I was going to write to my online broker as per the advice in the Amryt website. Haven't got around to it yet. Looks like your broker is more proactive.

I see that the recognition of the demerged fastnet hydrocarbons has shown up in my account. I have been credited with the same number of shares in fastnet, as the ones I previously held, which is in line with the rns back in december last year.

They are obviously shown as a zero value. I might actually get something from these at some point.

Why don't you send that post as an e mail to the main man, Jp (aka Keyboard Warrior, Real-time Wimp)?

I bet he will appreciate the kind thoughts.

No more posts from me on this bb until an RNS is issued, or the MACD & RSI indicators start to turn up. When the next RNS will be issued, or when those indicators start to turn up, I have no idea. I'll just continue to hold and hope that the AMYT share price starts to rise again and soon. Hopefully the share price has now bottomed, but whether it has I have no idea.

I'm not interested in the science behind AMYT's products; I'm only interested in the direction of the AMYT share price I'll leave understanding the AMYT bioscience to those with the relevant qualifications and experience!

The 18p-19p spread quoted by the MM's is still a NONSENSE. You can still buy for 18.33p and sell for 18p. Someone bought 10,000 @ 18.33p this morning (not me). In the continuing absence of news the share price has a bit further to fall just to match the ACTUAL buying and selling spread. Whether it will fall any further than that, who can tell? In July the share price dropped to 14.5p before it started to become attractive to buyers again, but we had to wait another 3 weeks until early August before a sudden rush of buying pushed up the share price from 15.25p to 21p, intraday, in just 6 trading days. All this on no news being issued to the market. The stock market can be a very baffling place!

Both the MACD and RSI turned up in early July so perhaps giving an advance warning of the early August buying spree and surge up in price to 21p? Currently neither the MACD, or RSI, are giving any indication of "turning up", so if the MACD and RSI are to be currently believed there is no early sign of a buying spree happening again anytime soon.

AMYT is my last punt on an AIM stock (apart from GPM, a gold investment trust). At the moment, with only 6,000 shares, it's just a bit of fun for me whilst I sit around in my dotage. I might increase that 6,000 to 10,000, or 12,000. Haven't made up my mind at the moment. I will be watching the MACD and RSI closely for any signs of impending life at AMYT!
