London and New York, 16 December 2016 - Amphion Innovations plc (AIM: AMP), the developer of medical, life science, and technology businesses, announces that on 15 December 2016 it granted options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") to certain of its Directors as follows:

The strike price is based on the closing price on 15 December 2016, and the Options are exercisable on the date of vesting. Authority for the allotment of ordinary shares under the Share Option Scheme has already been given by the Shareholders in general meeting.
