Replacement Notice of General Meeting
Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the global provider of digital TV entertainment and cloud solutions to network operators, has postponed the General Meeting ("GM") which had been convened for 15 December 2017.
The GM will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on Thursday 18 January 2018 at 10.00am. A notice of GM will be posted to shareholders on Friday 15 December 2017.
The Company apologises for the postponement, which is due to the insufficient notice period shared with shareholders ahead of the GM previously scheduled for 15 December 2017.
The GM has been convened to consider and, if thought fit, approve a resolution to grant the Company the general authority to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares of 1 pence each within the meaning of Section 693 of the Companies Act 2006.
