06/8/2015 09:58 | Looks like a great short in the making.No volume fluffy numbers | j777j
03/8/2015 11:39 | A new broker note should come out in due course once they have had the opportunity to consider all of the financial implications arising from the subsequent synergies arising from the integration of Entone. | masurenguy
03/8/2015 09:12 | Sorry RCTurner2 I don't have that information. | hyperboreus
03/8/2015 08:40 | Thanks Hyperboreus. Do you they have any eps forecasts? | rcturner2
03/8/2015 08:25 | Beaufort Securities have today increased their target price to 210p (previously 150p) | hyperboreus
30/7/2015 14:30 | Good points well made sharw Serious share price movement today (up 9p right now!) on fairly small volume in truth | hyperboreus
30/7/2015 13:47 | Hyperboreus - your calculations may be too simplistic. Firstly, EPS is calculated using an average number of shares in the period and since the 16.1m placing was 10 days short of 8 months through the year it should be factored by 132/365. Secondly PBT is just that whereas EPS is after tax. AMO's tax affairs have been complex but sooner or later it will use up credits and move to a more normal rate. Applying 20% tax to your 13.8 gives 11.1p which is almost the finncap figure quoted. | sharw
30/7/2015 12:41 | I think you may have a point there RCT although clearly the acquistion of Entone Inc and subsequent placing of 16.1 million shares complicates the calculations. From what I understand finncap are predicting £5.7m PBT for this year and £9.5m for 2016 so if you divide these figures by the numbers of shares in issue (ie 68.6m) the respective EPS figures are about right for 2015 but inaccurate for 2016 as that equates to 13.8p by my reckoning. You would hope though that the finncap projections are likely to be on the conservative side given the expected synergy of Amino and Entone moving forward. Anyhow on a less technical note my prediction of share price consolidation this weeek has 'gone to pot' today not that I'm complaining :o) | hyperboreus
30/7/2015 11:32 | finncap reckons eps of 8.5p in 2015 and 11.2p in 2016. However Amino already achieved 5.44p in H1 2015, so surely these finncap numbers are too low? | rcturner2
29/7/2015 17:10 | Yesterday's news from the website: Same story, different source: | hyperboreus
25/7/2015 21:35 | Internet down, poor reception in the valleys or have you been off for a few days Welsheagle? See prediction by RCTurner2 - post 1425 and post 1428 by moi | hyperboreus
25/7/2015 19:49 | Positive article on Amino by Simon Thompson in IC this week. | welsheagle
25/7/2015 16:53 | Excellent article as always hastings, let us hope that the Company is 'amenable' to your request to visit them once more :o) | hyperboreus
25/7/2015 16:34 | As a holder, very happy with developments. Thoughts may be of interest. | hastings
24/7/2015 19:15 | I doubled up today. Those H1 numbers are excellent, improved eps by over 60%. If they have a similar H2 and turn in eps of say 11p I can see this over 200p. And this does not take into account the acquisition, which will be earnings enhancing. | rcturner2
24/7/2015 17:11 | What a great end to the week, interesting late trade, 80000 sell @ 151.88, well overbought on RSI understandably but hopefully exciting times ahead :-) | hyperboreus
23/7/2015 07:02 | I have to admit I thought the same. Nothing remotely useful in that link. | rcturner2

22/7/2015 12:19 | Thanks Hyper | connor23
22/7/2015 12:16 | Decent write up by ST as predicted by RCTurner2, ST places a 'fair value' of 180p on Amino. House Broker, finncap predicting EPS of 11.2p for fiscal year 2016 after anticipated share placing so plenty to look forward to here for anyone who stays onboard! | hyperboreus
22/7/2015 10:57 | Little snippet from finncap website who have incidentally upped their target price this morning to 205p from 165p | hyperboreus
21/7/2015 09:50 | Presumably there will another RNS later today with the result of the placing. It will be interesting to see if a premium to the 130p is paid. | rcturner2
21/7/2015 09:48 | Investors Chronicle and Simon Thompson like this stock, so I imagine they will give this good coverage. | rcturner2 |
