It's been a month since we were given OBA volumes. I doubt very much that they've decreased since then! Just sayin'!

I have ticked your last post up;¬)

And the obverse - when TA gets ahead of FA...time to sell. LGO was a case in point, one of many.

AMER has been flat for a couple of years. Bottom forming? One of these runs up is going to push above the top of the channel...it could be the next one.

At the moment I'm looking for ParaSAR to flip (the dotted line) and a couple of days above the ESA (yellow line), before buying.

Well Lucy think you are perhaps less critical of my previous comments but I cannot say I'm happy about share price but it does tell its own story but about time this turned round but still no clearer as to michinoko

Next time I look in will be two weeks and want to see it much higher.

A half hour BBC Radio 4 program, broadcast an hour ago about the conflicting interests of oil v. the ecology and indigenous peoples in a National Park in Ecuador, less than 100 miles SE of the OBA.


The bits I did catch from the radio (I was in and out of the car) were not good listening for O&P companies.
I will certainly listen closely later.

I'm starting to realize that charting tells you where the share price is likely to go, fundamental analysis tells you if there is a justifiable reason for it getting there.

TA tells you what sentiment is like, FA tells you the intrinsic assumptions that are being made.

The perfect situation is where sentiment has overshot the fundamentals to the downside and TA is telling you there is likely to be a bounce or is detecting a change in that sentiment.

I think we're going to reach that point soon and I'm going to call it "The Golden Goose".

Sorry, I have no idea why I'm in such a positive mood right now.

Volumes minuscule: last week for the whole week, trading of less than 1% and yet 4 such weeks have wiped 23%, some £80 plus million, off the market cap.

If there was really bad news out there and a select few larger investors were in the know I'm sure there would have been a stampede for the door and a sharp fall in share price .. this is more a death by a thousand cuts (or PIs giving up) in the absence of news of real, positive progress and good PR trumpeting same.

Still keeping remaining powder dry... no point in trying to catch a falling knife in a vacuum of news.
