Hi lucyp. Yes I have. It's so discouraging when the fundamentals are good and yet it can't hold its own above 30p even now with recent good news investors are shorting. This appears to be a typical pattern, one that could have been more profitable if followed. Just take a look at some of the other oil plays which have held there share price for the past two days. PMO 50p-67p TLW £2.59-£3.15 solid gains. Amer will never achieve this until it produces more oil through its pipe line giving solid results.

Seems a lot of disgruntled ex holders frequent this thread, makes for some sad reading as they miss the recovery
Daft though because it's just the start IMO with much upside to come
Oil will be back to $100 within 18mths wait and see

Lucy you know im correct... Ace i admire your grotty little intentions on the back of 100k shares and applaud your balls regards putting your hard earned £20k into this roller coaster share. But do not try to pretend otherwise... the market is rigged, always has been and always will be. Opec is a price fixing cartel and is rigged, as such please dont get angry at your choice instead play the rigged game and perhaps you too might have a net worth thats not reliant on anything to be maintained...

Yea big-time. but I am waiting for an explanation of why their PR people are actively trying to rectify and maybe apologise for mistaking tribal people for FARc guerillas. It will be smoothed over no doubt but if it turns into Dakota pipeline in us well know soon enough. Local papers and radio are full of it but being suppressed imo. Morally I can't deal with it. Do you want the links here?

Alway been a bit premature but I do feel that the 5p rise day, that I have been expecting for over a week, could be tomorrow as long as we start on the right foot in the morning. No promises as it could slip sideways for another day or so but its coming ....

Oil prices rose on Thursday, building on gains made after OPEC struck a long-sought agreement to reduce production by 1.2 million barrels a day.

Both U.S. and international crude futures are trading north of $50 a barrel. West Texas Intermediate, the U.S. benchmark, is up $1.27, or 2.57%, at $50.71. Brent crude, the global benchmark, is up $1.41, or 2.72%, at $53.25 a barrel.

Must be desperate for the ackers Dave, is all I can think. New retail investors. The monied low-profile ones like Rex h look like they've had enough of his share granting option antics and can't blame them. Maybe Daniel H will attend and give him a taste of his thoughts? I am unlikely ever to indulge in iron or kenv for above reasons. Amer is in the brink should a.n.other attraction show up. He does not like people perceived as beneath his exalted station in life. Simple. Many don't care if the goods are seen to be produced(and how). In Amer's case they are just not being so. Asking folk to turn up smartly dressed for tonight's gig comes from him imo.

Val - no idea. He did an audio interview for a shares website a couple of months back which, I agree, was unusual for him. If he can get new money into it and give it a KENV-effect, I won't complain.
Meanwhile...I see WTI showing continued strength today. Really expected a similar response on the AMER share price bwtfdik.

westie - I still have some IRON. Any improvement on current share price would be welcome. Not attending the presentation though. I wouldn't be on an invitation list anyway!
