Amati VCT plc (the "Company")
Top Up Share Issue of New Ordinary Shares of 10p each (the "Share Issues")
Amati VCT plc announces an allotment on 17 July 2017 of 120,061 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Share Issues. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Share Issues, the Offer price at which New Ordinary Shares were allotted, which was calculated by reference to the net asset value of an ordinary Share on 13 July 2017, was 83.29p per ordinary share (net asset value divided by 0.99 to allow for issue costs of 1.0 per cent).
Following the allotment above, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 60,458,792 with voting rights and the total amount raised pursuant to the Share Issues is GBP4,138,147. The Company confirms that this is the final allotment under the Share Issues.
Admission date of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to be 21 July 2017. CREST accounts are expected to be credited within five business days of allotment and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched within ten business days of allotment.
