Top Up Share Issue of New Ordinary Shares of 10p each (the "Share Issues")

Amati VCT plc announces an allotment on 27 March 2017 of 367,994 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Share Issues. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Share Issues, the Offer price at which New Ordinary Shares were allotted, which was calculated by reference to the net asset value of an ordinary Share on 23 March 2017, was 76.08p per ordinary share (net asset value divided by 0.99 to allow for issue costs of 1.0 per cent).

Following the allotment above, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 59,355,422 with voting rights.

Admission date of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to be 31 March 2017. CREST accounts are expected to be credited within five business days of allotment and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched within ten business days of allotment.
