 Top Up Share Issues Update 
 On 8 November 2016 Amati VCT 2 plc (the "Company"), together with Amati VCT plc, launched 
 a top up share issue (the "Share Issues"). 
 The Directors of Amati VCT 2 plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that the Share Issues 
 in respect of the 2016/2017 tax year is now fully subscribed and closed to new subscriptions. 
 The Share Issues in respect of the 2017/2018 tax year is expected to close at noon on Friday 
 14 July 2017 (or on an earlier date if the maximum subscription has been received).
