Now 4.2% up in the US

Up 2% in the US, and nearly 10% on short loan..although given recent volumes I would assume this is a lot higher now....they have to close sometime.

JE Davy brokers has a fair price with no more current news at 83c(Euro) = 57p

They have good directors, $29 million, more than half the market cap, in cash and lots of other products that they will now accelerate.


Any reversal of the trial results after investigation, bearing in mind they do not match the previous phase II trials and £1.30 easy if not a lot more


Some brokers had them US$7.50-12.50 before the test failure.


Also head of Pfizer R&D now works for them.....great potential.

Well hopefully looks like we have bottomed out , although very thin trading today.

The share price has gone from £2.10 to 42p in 48 hours, the slightest sign of any good news, (eg data review of trials reveals hope, a new product etc) and would expect 100% up from here so happy to hold, although it isn;t a day traders share.

With the other products they have, a senior Pfizer man as head of R&D and backers including Dermot Desmond, I see significant upside next month, even just as a rebound.

Latif fair enough...

But they have quite a few other products on the go, backed by ex FD of Elan and Dermot Desmond.....

Share price down 80%...must be a proper bounce soon.

Amarin Corporation PLC reported a widening of full-year
pretax losses as the research and development costs surged, but said it expects
to have sufficient cash to fund operations for at least the next 12 months.
The pharmaceuticals company said its pretax loss widened to 27.72 mln usd
for year ended Dec 31 2006 from 21.24 mln in the same period last year. Revenues
were flat at 500,000 usd over the year-ago period while R&D costs surged to
16.46 mln usd from 8.31 mln.

The primary listing is the US, all the AIM listing can do is track.

Level 2 US, shows strong support at 75c. sell orders are quite weak with nothing significant until 80c.

I too have been in the 99% club - Mytravel springs to mind...ouch!


More confident on this one, no real debt, other products - good R&D head.

Will keep going here....it's my free money out of Imperial Energy. so no real loss.

i would venture that, unless you know something about this sector and are confident about where this co is going with its other trials etc, you might be best to quit while you are even and chalk it up to experience...

We'll see,

They have other products in the pipeline, an R&D head from Pfizer, not the local pharmacy, a lot of cash in the bank, previous director buying, and oversold down by nearly 80%

Any director buys, hint of a takeover, good news on the other products and we could be nearer a £1 again.
