Firestone RubberGard® EPDM has been used in the successful refurbishment of a social housing scheme in Doncaster.

The 12 low-rise 4-storey blocks, managed by St Leger homes, had previously suffered water ingress and required a waterproofing solution that could be installed while the tenants remained in their homes.

1740m2 of Firestone RubberGard® EPDM was installed by Firestone Authorised Contractor Close Building Services to an "Enviro-Ready" specification which allows for the retrofitting of Photovoltaics at a later date.

Yep still way undervalued as profit could be in excess of 5 million for the year and company only valued at 60 million.

One of the best shares in the market Johnamill IMV and plenty of upside to come with the next results showing great progress. A wise move to sell off and concentrate on the growth areas. Dividend still fantastic at £2 a share!

Couldn't resist it and added again today with the divi payment. Management concentrating on the engineering and niche building products which will provide the growth here and £2 a share.

Another disposal this morning. The end of Alumasc dispense and funds to pay down pension deficit. All very sound business as this was only to produce a small profit.

Tidy 1.2 million land sale this morning! 0.7 of which is profit of which 0.6 is going to the pension with no further accurals which is very good news.
