10/2/2015 13:12 | No they did not give an indication of the initial quantum, but they were emphatic that UCG could give them revenues in 2 years-look at the slide presentation on the website. | tricky20
10/2/2015 13:04 | Thanks Tarni - that's news to me. Did they have any idea what the initial revenues could be? | mogwhy
10/2/2015 12:46 | At the AGM we were told that revenue will hopefully come from UCG within 2 years but is dependent on the drilling results. | tarni
10/2/2015 11:44 | Not a chance of revenues in 2019. Minimum of 2 years to complete the BFS. Minimum of 2 years to get build approval, licences and raise capex. Minimum of 5 years construction phase. More likely 7 years. I don't see any revenues before 2025. | mogwhy
10/2/2015 11:38 | Yes, quite clearly the new JV partners are putting up A$33 million just to keep the party going. The Chinese are known for their benevolance. Personally, I think 2019 is a little optimistic, but maybe you you're right. | fozdad
10/2/2015 11:10 | If that were the true case then there would be no more dilution!. | 2admiral
10/2/2015 11:08 | FFS 2admiral, do you not read any of the RNS's properly, working capital is covered. | p0pper
10/2/2015 10:03 | Errrm, no they need to raise money to keep the train going, salaries, operating costs etc they lost £2.3m last year and have no revenue or any chance of it until 2019 imo!. The plant will cost c$3bn to get to production!!. | 2admiral
10/2/2015 09:50 | Errrm, yes, that's what we would expect obviously. Unless you know of a magic wand that will somehow design and build the plant for free | fozdad
10/2/2015 08:37 | Another big operating loss and more dilution then!. | 2admiral
10/2/2015 08:35 | First test for the new JV partners on Thursday. Will they stump up the cash on time? If they do, our stake in the JV will suddenly be boosted by 45% of A$6 million and we will then issue 100 million shares at 25% above today's bid price. On paper, it sounds like a no brainer for anyone looking for a top-up opportunity. But this is the AIM and who says it follows logic? | fozdad
09/2/2015 12:51 | unless my screens are wrong i'm seeing absolutely nothing traded today as of yet. | jez66
05/2/2015 05:32 | Document 484e was lodged at company house in Australia on 29/01/15. Haven't looked at the details but form 484 is used to advise change of address: registered office, principal place of business, officeholder (officer; director; secretary), proprietary company member; change of name: officeholder, proprietary company member; change of ultimate holding company; appointment or cessation of officeholder; special purpose company; cancellation of shares; issue of shares; change to share structure; change to register of members for proprietary companies I guess it will be the new office address. At least it is an indication that we are moving in the right direction plus all buys yesterday. | tarni
03/2/2015 16:39 | SP looks very weak. | newkid
03/2/2015 10:33 | A lot of heavy selling in the last few days.Is this CL selling his position to pay his PAYE? | tricky20
01/2/2015 13:24 | When they have fallen from $110 to $50 in a few months hardly say 'sky rocket'. Hopefully not a dead cat bounce more like. | pembury
01/2/2015 12:40 | lol obviously need to do some more research on what 'working capital' consists of. Cash burn required to stay afloat and pay the bod sizeable salaries comes to mind, these guys have NO revenue and won't have for some time. Not sure what the new bod are paid but the outgoing management were paid way ott considering. | peruoil
01/2/2015 12:06 | They still need to raise a load of cash just to cover the large cash burn of around £2.3m (last years loss)!. That will mean more substantial dilution with more to come after no doubt with any production revenue still years away. | peruoil
01/2/2015 11:36 | Not a lot you can do about current market conditions which are terrible. DOW off another 250 point Friday and about 700 points off on the week. Markets look very edgy fora lot of reasons greece, euro, dollar, us gdp decline, oil declines etc you can go on. As someone pointed out ANR are holding up well considering drops elsewhere but there is some desperate dumping out there. Hopefully won't test last summers lows of around 0.55p?. | 2admiral
01/2/2015 11:28 | Not invested but will be soon hopefully oxus gold comes in the next couple of weeks. What a great price to get in , will Defo be pilling in here just hopes it stays at current share price ,has great Longterm potential would like 1 mill of these and just leave them for a few years which they should be multiples of current share price just a bit shocked you can buy at this price way under the radar just hope it keeps like that a little bit longer. | aimshares
30/1/2015 16:54 | We just have to be patient here and us long term holders are good at patience with ANR. Technically the Company has many things going against it-it is on AIM, a market everybody loves to hate. It has had disasterous management under Chris Lambert and a long histry of not delivering on anything. Furthermore it is in the currently much maligned energy sector. Nobody covers/researches it, non of the big institutions even know about it-it is hardly suprising the shares are at rock bottom price. However under Michael Zheng they have a new highly motivated management team. The partners have deep pockets, huge experience in petrochemicals and hold shares along side us. They are also nimble entrepreneurs, not hugely bureaucratic state owned enterprises (CNOOC). They have got SA Government consent and the BFS is funded and starting. Our new management are slashing costs and behaving like proper entrepreneurial business people, not gravy train layabouts like Lambert. Of course there is still lots of implementation risk ,but the market will eventually notice that things are happening and great value can be bought for nothing. If things go plan this stock could be 50p plus in 4 years-very good risk/reward. | tricky20
29/1/2015 22:08 | buy when there is blood in the streets... | mc7y |
