Senior Management Appointment and Grant of Options

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, is pleased to announce that Henry Joseph-Grant has joined the Company in a senior management position and will focus on building a high-performance sales team to accelerate the growth in merchants on our innovative platform.

Henry has highly relevant experience from his success helping build Just Eat from an early start-up in the UK to its $2.4 billion initial public offering. He then went on to work for other leading technology companies across the world and now utilises his experience to help start-ups scale and is involved in mentoring work with Seedcamp and PiLabs. He is also the founder of Peace Tech in Northern Ireland helping local entrepreneurs. Henry's achievements have seen him recognised with a number of awards including recently being named in the top 25 of the 2017 Smith and Williamson Power 100 which recognises the most influential people in the UK entrepreneurial community.

The Company has granted options over 367,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Henry (the "Options"). The Options have an exercise price of 68p and are exercisable in various tranches over the next three years with half of the Options being subject to certain share price targets being achieved.
