I think it's a pretty good stock to short at the moment - a trader's gonna trade. We didn't get our trading update that we hoped to get in Jan, although it may still come I guess, and we have those options about to hit the market tomorrow. My question regarding those is why didn't they exercise them earlier. If they wanted to hold them they could have exercised at any time after 36p. I have a limit order in for a few more at 75p.

You can short this stock but I wouldn't recommend it, but whatever floats your boat, short away I say. I will keep buying and when it jumps 20-30% in a few days and you are scrambling for stock I will be thinking of you.

All the best

Why you guys listen to sheep h and others is beyond me. Will close my short at what the CEO sold his last load of shares at. There is only one part of the biz making money (not much) and the rest is hot air until proven otherwise.

In post 1659,you said "So I think the way I'm looking at this is that they should be able to get to 1% engagement within 3 years as a minimum. Stick a PE of 20 on that and you can see why this is so exciting."

If you get a chance can you break down the calculation you're doing here. Thanks.

I've posted this before, but it's worth looking again at those online sales figures to see how much scope there is. I guess it's too early for the 2016 data. Also, I assume these figure don't include many of the "mom & pop" businesses that Peter Hallett referred to given the number of distributor companies amounts to 23,000.

The Option was granted to Zeus Capital Limited, the Company Financial Adviser and Nominated Adviser at the time of the Company's admission to trading on AIM in November 2005. Details of the Option were set out in the Company's AIM admission document dated 21 October 2005.

So the option should have expired in 2010

We are in 2017. Hello!

WTF is this

From admission document

The Company has entered into option agreements, both dated 21 October 2005, with Zeus Capital and
Corporate Synergy respectively. Under those option agreements Zeus Capital has the option to subscribe
/’or 1,500,060 Ordinary Shares and Corporate Synergy has the option to subscribe for 375,015 Ordinary
Shares, in each case at a price of 36p per Ordinary Share and in respect of Corporate Synergy’s option
within 5 years after the date of that option agreement.
The lock-in-deeds referred to in paragraph 10 of Part I of this document.
