I think the big deal they're working on is for the Sign and Graphics industries. The Customer Focus website, has a heading a third of a page down called "How Customer Focus Software works for your industry" under which are three tabs. There used to be four. The SignStore product is not listed any more but you can find links such as this: And if you do a bit of searching on the Sign and Graphics Industry, you see it is much larger than the Promotional Goods industry.
