17/5/2017 07:58 | the valuation is not right, how can they ever get to this valuation. no evidence, lack off information, | hhdd1
17/5/2017 07:57 | Looks like Finncap have been busy: "It is expected that the Bookbuild will be completed today, after which a further announcement will be made." | webster32
17/5/2017 07:57 | Agree with the general thrust of the comments on the board - to me it is the next 6 months that will provide the true pointer of where this company is going - I need to see an accelerating take up to be totally convinced | joe say
17/5/2017 07:55 | Agree adventurous- it's perhaps looking more of a speculative leg term punt than a while ago but I'm still in. Needs more traction before we start to see significant rises though. | samkhan50
17/5/2017 07:54 | Looks good to me. Not as bad as I thought it might be and plenty of info. Let's hope they they can accelerate the engagement now. | sheep_herder
17/5/2017 07:53 | Found it amusing the acquisition they are making for 0.8m has a similar turnover and makes more money than ALT themselves do. ALT market cap 31m. I think one of those of valuations looks a little bit wrong. Interesting to note directors will take part in placing and yet haven't worked out what that commitment will be. They are probably being forced to take part in order to prop it up. Note the company unable to give a view on how the new partnerships are performing. This nonsense about taking time to establish that is difficult to fathom. They have been up and running for 6 months. Must have some idea by now. | horndean eagle
17/5/2017 07:51 | From Altitude results announcement: "Major US Technology Partnership Agreements announced for Channl.com with Aprinta, AI Mastermind and Market Brands" - Aprinta is almost bust as proven by several earlier posts (hxxp://www.alexcity - AI Mastermind, small operation - Market Brands - the company was formed 17 Feb 2017, confirmed from filing with New York State Department of State. What is so "major" with these agreements? | lowflow
17/5/2017 07:51 | Profit before taxation GBP0.1m (2015 Loss GBP1.3m), an increase of GBP1.4m -- Increase in gross margin to 81% (2015 78.0%) | rem108
17/5/2017 07:49 | To underwrite, costs! They must be confident of a takeup and expect it to be announced today! Looking good, slight profit due to controlled costs. Still looking promising, although as with most AIM stocks, a bit of a gamble. | adventurous
17/5/2017 07:48 | More shares available enables more institutions to get involved, since currently the shares are so tightly held | revoman
17/5/2017 07:44 | yup, until revenues start being visible, but a few have risked £2.5m to help it and profitable and just bought more profits IMO.....so an interesting, albeit risky one.....if they can get through 100k in short order and start showing good traction on those numbers IMO then the revenues should start to incrementally increase speedily....DYOR and not for widows and orphans! | qs99
17/5/2017 07:43 | Give me a break, - Announcing a placing at 60p and its not even underwritten. - One of the largest shareholder, Keith Willis, is selling out share at the same price, shows a lot of confidence - not. | lowflow
17/5/2017 07:41 | Difficult business to fully understand | tiger20
17/5/2017 07:37 | 60p placing, small, but important as IMO that sets the new floor....gla | qs99
17/5/2017 07:34 | earnings enhancing deal, buys 300k of profit for 800k | ggbarabajagal
17/5/2017 07:15 | stephen1946 You obviously don't understand the RNS, 90p in four weeks. All the best | toyin
17/5/2017 07:14 | Increase in gross margin to 81% (2015 78.0%) | opodio

17/5/2017 07:08 | kemche - 08 May 2017 - 08:08:42 - 3011 of 3212 Altitude the only trade you'll need. - ALT Rights issue? And if so, what price? Well at least that answers that question! | kemche
17/5/2017 07:04 | Placing 60p | bigbigdave
16/5/2017 22:03 | Figures tomorrow? | stephen1946
16/5/2017 20:04 | opodio - what are you basing your 90p prediction on? sheep_herder - hope that you are well. I agree with you. For the record, I am not in ALT but I believe there is a disconnect between what the market is hoping for and where ALT actually are with regards to their long term strategy. If I am correct, 40p is on the cards. I don't believe this is where the share price will be in the longterm though... | thebigshortfella
16/5/2017 17:01 | should go to 90p this week i feel | opodio
16/5/2017 16:59 | MALCOLMMM, even though I'm very long on these for the long term, I'm not so sure I have your enthusiasm for this week. The lack of liquidity works both ways so I wouldn't be surprised to see an intraday fall through 40p. Given the news flow so far I just don't see anything happening to surprise us to the upside. | sheep_herder
16/5/2017 16:45 | Shorters should remember that loses can be limitless, OK these could tank Thursday but imo they have a much better chance of going into orbit making it very difficult to buy back. | malcolmmm |
