Price will be 5 percent higher than average price over 5 days before date, so probably around 230p. If you want to sell all your shares or some at that price, you can, probably via a form from your broker. But if more than the maximum number of shares are offered back to the company, the numbers for each person will have to be scaled down and cut back accordingly.

Basically, I wouldn't bother unless you want out at that price or have a large holding that you couldn't possibly get rid off without hammering the price.

In laymans terms how will the tender offer work..?

Bought a few of these the other day. Tender offer means eps will be 10 percent better going forward, as 10 percent of total shares will get cancelled.

In at 220p, with 200 stop. Chart says 'unloved' but fundamentals & last update say otherwise. Prepared to take a chance with a 10% stop. Just not an 'in vogue' share at present

Yes Gargoyle 2 i will be in for a few,another excellent company that seems to be suffering on very small volumes.. next support level should be 200 imho

mmm not so sure where we are heading now Gargoyle2 ..I have avoided buying anything for months now, but i am thinking of a decent top up if we touch 220, well oversold imho .

Superb results imo..T/O up 22%, EBITDA up 27%. Mobile subs up 10% and Fixed lines up 9%.. Still got excellent cash flow, holding approx £10 mill, same as last year but that is not accounting for the £ 9.5 mill spent purchasing Scalable. Seems Scalable was an excellent acquisition already outperformed expectations with sales of over £20 million ! Don't think the market has woken up to this news, about time we smashed through £3 imo

Surprised at lack of buyers today after a superb statement.. Scalable seems to have proven to be an excellent acquisition, on top of increased turnover,profits and dividends. The bonus for me is that they are on the lookout for more companies to takeover,excellent management team IMO.. Very happy holder.
