   Directorship Change 
 
   Alpha Returns, the AIM traded investing company focussing on investments 
in high-growth Asian economies held its annual general meeting today. 
The results of this were as follows, 
 
   The resolution to reappoint Anthony Drury was not passed by the 
shareholders. 
 
   All other resolutions were passed. 
 
   The board would like to thank Mr. Drury for his contributions to the 
Company. Immediate steps will be taken to find and appoint a suitable 
replacement.

   I am very sorry to see Tony leave the Board, he will be difficult to 
replace and I regret the decision by shareholders which did not reflect
