21/12/2016 12:12 | Moving up again, employee share options being exercised a big clue. Big revenue from outside uk nice fx gains. | rolo7
16/12/2016 15:46 | Looks like we are heading back to the 50s. | paqman
12/12/2016 23:38 | added 20 here, so many takeovers around big fx gains to be made as 50% sales overseas, note the employee share options being exercised. | rolo7

24/10/2016 22:23 | Alliance Pharma plc today is reported to ACAS for tribuneral in UK 47p at the moment, maybe 20 in few months... | spiro1
11/10/2016 11:37 | Alliance Pharma CEO John Dawson will be presenting to investors at the Proactive One2One forum on 20th October in Mayfair, London. To register to attend, please click here | aim_trader
30/9/2016 11:09 | hard work here | cool hand kev
29/9/2016 16:03 | Seems to be trending up again | buying
26/9/2016 15:50 | Good to see+ that with the rest of the market sliding today, APH is still one of those stocks in the blue. | 2vdm
23/9/2016 21:30 | As mentioned here I don't see John selling some of his stock as a big negative. It could be that another institution wanted to buy a block and it gave him a way out. It will increase liquidity and diversify the shareholder register. The next 12 months are a very exciting time for the company. | norbert colon
23/9/2016 15:45 | I don't have an emotional attachment to this company, that's the difference, good luck to you anyway. | pollnagorm
23/9/2016 15:29 | Yes on 7th Sept, perhaps a bit too soon, but he has a trading record and is not the sort of investor who loses out often. Anyway we are going to up in the blue and if we are luck, we might get an update in the press. | 2vdm
23/9/2016 15:22 | I agree with you 2vdm. Not an important sale when he still has 12% of the company. | ptgint
23/9/2016 14:48 | I see the Naked Trader didn't sell any of his and bought more at 50.3p | buying
23/9/2016 12:27 | pollnagorm, it was you that raised the point about "director selling" etc. I was merely adding detail/fact so that others, perhaps new to this thread, have a balanced view, as all too often, there is a perception that director selling = lack of confidence = pressure on share price and yes, you were being rude about it, but the important thing is that the results were good and so is APH's future. | 2vdm
23/9/2016 11:08 | Share price interests me not his finances , not to be rude about it . | pollnagorm
23/9/2016 11:07 | I think(hope) that the share price may have support here | cool hand kev
23/9/2016 09:36 | Dawson may have sold 3m of his shares, but is this really such a negative sign when he continues to hold 56.57m shares representing 12% of the company. He may need it for all manner of reasons, tax bill, new house etc. Why shouldn't he take a bit out when he's built the company up to this stage with lots more to come. | 2vdm
23/9/2016 09:10 | Director selling plus employees share options scheme, back to square one unfortunately. | pollnagorm
23/9/2016 08:59 | Very good set of results imo.I think APH is still really not on the radar and am topping up again. What's not to like? We have a profitable well managed company, cash generative, good product range, (many of them niche/trusted brands so long term sales a reliable bet), sales spread across several countries thereby reducing Brexit risks. Now benefiting from expansion due to Sinclair acquisition which will only increased profitability into next year and beyond. Still money available for more acquisitions and future growth. Finally a PE of under 10. | 2vdm
22/9/2016 10:06 | Going to try and wait this one out, the positve outlook should out in the end I hope... | gamwah
22/9/2016 10:06 | I'm doing the same as you. This is a good and growing company. | bonnard
22/9/2016 08:27 | Ex dive on 22/12/16 | buying
22/9/2016 08:12 | Frustrated as I could have sold these at 52p for a good profit. However they are a good company that's growing and paying a dividend so I'll sit it out until it rises again, which it will. | buying |
