Repayment of loan
Further to the Company's announcement on 7 December 2016, the Board of AAA (AIM: AAA) announces that the Company has repaid the convertible loan of GBP100,000 from Nature Cove Holdings Limited and the loan facility has now been cancelled. No conversion of the loan's principal amount or interest into new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company took place during the term of the loan.
