Still small vols though and holiday mode, erratic price movements can work both ways, hope it might be something brewing though, it's sometimes the little guys who get wind of something first so lots of small buys. We'll see. It'll come sometime just a question of when.

Yesterday's deal with Ashanti was a stunner. No two ways about it.

Ashanti gold corp were formerly gulf shores resources until 15th august 2016. They announced a non brokered private placement to raise $1.3m on the 16th August



The net proceeds from the placement are intended to be used to finance the exploration costs related to the earn-in agreement on the Anumso property, pursuant to the letter of intent with Goldplat PLC, announced on July 13, 2016, as well as for general corporate purposes.

I would expect that they will be looking to do a similar raise to carry out the work on alecto's project.

They only have to pay the $4m if they wish to remain part of the venture and haven't completed the PFS, otherwise they can simply walk away.
