20/4/2015 12:07 | Seems a strange position to take after such a fall already, I reckon you have missed the boat and your short will cancel out any gains that come from a bounce, I genuinely think this will settle soon before bouncing back to around £10. | eastbourne1982
20/4/2015 10:49 | Taken a short position as broken solid £9 support. Have these as a long too which I've held for some time so shorting purely as a hedge because £8 seems very likely now. We'll have to wait until the next trading update to see if the massive selling was just capitalising on profits or whether they sold out due to concerns about the business going forward. | aishahq
16/4/2015 14:20 | Dividend day lol share price look strong 10 soon. | admin900
15/4/2015 17:36 | LONDON (Alliance News) - Al Noor Hospitals Group PLC Wednesday confirmed Astro II SPV, which is connected to Faisal Belhoul and Khaldoun Haj Hasan, both non-executive directors, sold 23.4 million shares for a total value of GBP216 million through CREST on Tuesday. The sale represents a price of 923 pence per share. On Tuesday, Global Capital magazine had reported that Dubai-based Ithmar, a private equity firm, was selling its 20% stake in Al Noor Hospitals and that Deutsche Bank had been hired to sell the shares at 925 pence per share. Following the transaction, Astro II SPV has no interest in the Abu Dhabi-based company." So Non-Exceutive Directors are selling huge stakes? | sparkymoc
15/4/2015 17:30 | Does anyone know what the implications of the placing at 925p is? How should it theoretically affect the sp? Thanks in advance | sparkymoc
15/4/2015 07:45 | If share price lower 900p than I'm happen to top up. | admin900
15/4/2015 07:30 | Markets are irrational and sadly think £8 is a reality now if £9 doesn't hold. I'll happily buy more at £8. | mapmagic
14/4/2015 20:36 | The price quoted in the media report is 925.After the recent heavy fall, I can't see much more downside and would consider buying more around here. | liam1om
14/4/2015 20:10 | Looking forward to the next NT update. I bet he's going to say he sold one day before today's drop... Not a holder but this is in my watch list. | macarre
14/4/2015 19:52 | 20% of the share issued is a very big number. Expect real weakness here but this presents opportunity for others long term. I dont hold but have kept an eye on these for a while and might have a nibble if things get silly. | pyemckay
14/4/2015 18:36 | Looks like this is the cause for the fall: "Meanwhile, reports that Ithmar Capital was planning to sell a stake worth £216m in Dubai-based Al Noor sent its shares into the red." Placing at what price is the question... | mapmagic
14/4/2015 16:56 | Hmmm. Something just doesn't seem right and I must admit I'm surprised by the share price of late. Massive drops, even on good results and when the market is positive. Are we about to get some bad news I wonder. I sincerely hope not as it's a good business. Nervous holder... | mapmagic
14/4/2015 12:31 | Long at £9.23, reckon these will bounce at least 10% within the next few weeks. Long term I can see these hitting £15 a share however I don't have the patience for that (get it !!!). I intend to trade these between the £9 to £11 mark within the next few months. | eastbourne1982
14/4/2015 09:03 | cyman, good call! Back in at 920p | jakedog2
30/3/2015 10:08 | The dividend is not huge, but it pays one and its been increased over 30% on last year. I'd prefer them to use the big cash pile they have on acquisitions and growing the business so very happy with their strategy. I take it if you have conviction in that these are heading to £9, you have a massive short so you can profit cyman? Of course you don't. Because you know they are a super company with great prospects. And therefore the share price can only rise over time. | mapmagic
30/3/2015 09:56 | More like heading back to 9Ridiculous low dividend | cyman
30/3/2015 09:31 | Jefferies International reiterate BUY with 1125p target. | mapmagic
30/3/2015 07:59 | heading back to 1200 | gucci
30/3/2015 07:47 | Super results! Profits, EBITDA and revenue all strongly up and great outlook for the the future. Well done ANH! | mapmagic
27/3/2015 14:09 | Last chance to buy before results on Monday! | mapmagic
24/3/2015 16:28 | Indeed gucci. All looks good for results next week. If NMC are anything to go by, ANH will be pushing to new highs and deservedly so! | mapmagic
23/3/2015 22:52 | Nice quiet thread | gucci
06/3/2015 11:32 | I'd be very surprised if they fall to those levels. ANH is usually quite defensive on bad market days and is often blue when everything else is red! | gohil18
06/3/2015 06:49 | Long term a good bet, but with markets looking likely to fall soon I would expect you'd be able to buy these at 800p or lower (IMHO). | itchycrack |
