I bought at an all time low and may or may not have taken profit at a 100%+ premium. But that's not the point. The point is Gormally was bang on right not issuing shares at £2+ and then informing the market the China order had not materialised. It's quite easy to understand why.

Listen to the call; he's hesitant around the issue whilst trying to imply all is still on track - my notes from the call had quite a few ???? re the remaining $2m (China deal). I've said previously that I decided to hold. But I aint the one who was very giddy to frequently point out on here how they bought at an all time low and how the placing is perfectly logical at $1.20 and $1.40. You had a chance to make 100%-150% return in less than 12 months?

"Q4 Outlook..The Company believes that Q4 will continue to show growth with continuing improvements in domestic product sales, the remaining $2,000,000 due under the Novotek order for PIFA Heparin/PF4 Rapid Assay products in China.." Nov Q3It is misleading to claim the company suggested there was little to no chance of the China deal arriving.Yet you knew the $2m order was not arriving, equivalent to 70% of realised 2016 sales at high margin, and you are surprised the shares have fallen.More fool you.

I didn't; I posted up here around the time of the first news re the proposed placing that I could have sold for £2.20 (or thereabouts) but decided to hold on - I did not expect the placing to be 2/3rds lower than the nasdaq share price at the time. But I aint the one who was frequently posting about buying at an all time low and the price of the placings being logical.

(there's a difference in how he deals with the china deal in the calls for q2 & q3; it was apparent following the (edit) q3 call that there was little to no chance of the deal being completed in 2016)

Mcm - I don't recall saying it was so apparent the china deal would fail. That was your point (after the event). So if it was so obvious China was a lemon, why didn't you sell? Norbus wants to see a specific post.

That the China deal wouldn't be completed in 2016 - the difference with what he said between the conference calls for Q2 and Q3 - what revenue was then likely to be for the year and why the placing at $1.20 & $1.40 is logical?

Norbus - 12 May 2016 - 11:28 - 3179 of 3495 - "You are right but missing the main point. AKR has a new controlling boss, who will fix it through a shell operation. I guess he only bought in for the quote. That was what I expected Nicolette to do, The company shares will go to a premium and hit a takeover trail. There will be money to make off this level."Shares rising - norbus positive.Shares falling - norbus negative.Recurring theme. Pointless.

Mcm - I'm sure he aimed to get the price as low as possible. It makes sense and is the obvious conclusion. It is all a conspiracy to rob you of your shares, it is very dramatic, but also a little strange. Or perhaps he is just thick. Then again, perhaps $1.20-$1.40 was just the going rate for a company in the process of dropping a $2m contract, had little cash left and still has a journey to hit positive cash flow. Feel free to believe whatever you will.

Like the idea Algernon.

I'll have a pound on anyone BUT Norbus. The ludicrous levels of misogyny he spouts smacks of someone who is either ancient and utterly our of touch, or persistently rejected by women. I always imagine him as a pathetically weedy keyboard warrior. Either way I reckon I could have him (and I'm a lover, not a fighter).

This is struggling to pump the air in the share price bubble; Just like the amazing China Deal, the cholesterol test will go the way of the alcohol, others bar the one test they had for 20 years think money will be made shorting the stock to a level of raising for the final round

I think Norbus's Dad is probably the hardest from the sound of his Son.Shall we have a sweepstake, then a massive "bundle" to sort it out. I have a pound on Norbus.Anyone else?

You come across as a slightly strange, dramatic fella wigwammer; you seem to pick out the most dramatic snippet of info and quote / re-post it.

Even the thickest of us knew a placing would be needed. No one has mentioned "$3". I've mentioned a 20% discount which would have equated to around $2.65 and even a heftier discount (to the then current price) of a third which would have equated to around $2.30.

Thomas J Knox has managed to accumulate nearly 0.5m shares in AKER and is also principally involved in "Hainan Savy Akers Biosciences, Ltd". Do you reckon he might have had an idea re the issue in China?

Why not simply raise for ongoing working capital (even mention the position re China / PIFA Heparin?) and to oversee all of the projects through to the end of 2017? Surely that aint rocket science?

Re "But his plan is still better"; ffs, that's like being in primary school and saying my dad's harder than your dad! Ha ha.

So he should have raised cash at $3, and then enamoured himself to shareholders as the shares precipitously drop on the back of the failed China order. You have the benefit of hindsight, he didn't.But his plan is still better.

The header on here from 30 June 2016 states - "The chances of a near-term fund raising seem pretty high given the way that the funds generated from the Nasdaq listing have largely been squandered; speak to Raymond Akers to find out where all the money went..."

Why did Gormally leave it till the death - when desperate - to raise? That isn't very smart and does the shareholders no favours. The writing was on the wall re China early on.

Re post 3476.I'm sure there was no relationship between the $2m china order not materialising (equiv toaround 70% of 2016 sales) and the declining share price.Good point. Well made.
