15/2/2011 23:11 | "Whilst at 30 June 2010, the Group's total assets exceed its total liabilities by US$ 45 450 521". That's encouraging. | marab
15/2/2011 22:15 | good luck keya, don't like chasing a chart like that AISI debt is $34.4m Debt is owed to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. I don't know the terms for this, but I am hunting around.. "he EBRD financing will comprise a $37.3m senior loan of which at least $18.65m will be syndicated to participant institutions. The funds will be used for the construction, ownership and operation of the development, one of the first Class 'A' logistics warehouses to be built in Ukraine to meet strong growth in demand" | kennyruss
15/2/2011 22:14 | cheers for that keya | jrewing3
15/2/2011 22:08 | Kenny yes would have liked some at the bottom, but may try for a oouple of little chunks and see what happens. | keya5000
15/2/2011 22:06 | JR bit middle of the road, I am expecting more and I reckon its just a waiting game and we will have to be patient. I have a built a decent chunk in ALO at around an average of 3.5p and there is no way I am letting any go until it reaches double figures. I feel they know a lot more about those licences than they are letting on, SRK have obviously done quite a lot of early prospecting to identify targets and there must be a lot of artisan mining explo on those sites also. All ALO need is one decent project to be found on any one of five licences and the mcap will be 5X that of today. So in summary a bit of a let down but given SRK are to be working across the existing portfolio I expect from end March a steady stream of info, plus any of the targets that they are mulling over should come to fruition. Just hold matey, I have all but a fraction in a SIPP so I can wait a while!! | keya5000
15/2/2011 21:59 | had a quick glance, something seems strange offering stock in USA at 45c when you could get for 17p in UK. Will look again, but I'd liked to have been in at the bottom:) | kennyruss
15/2/2011 21:58 | o/t keya...any thoughts on alo rns today mate? | jrewing3
15/2/2011 21:55 | Kenny, I know you like unloved bombed out stocks that are tightly held and undervalued to NAV, offtopic and I dont hold yet but have you looked at BODI?? Just after an opinion of a few others, looks like it would be very spikey on a bit of buying??? | keya5000
15/2/2011 21:50 | go to google and search DTZ_Property_Times_U open the pdf and read from page 14, with AISI having the largest logistics warehouse in the area..(and is new) there occupancy is about 20% at the moment - so 10,000sqm a month at $6 a sqm - approx $60,000 a month at 20% occupancy. At full occupancy about $3.6m a year income. the $6 is based on average rates. Prime rates are dearer. I imagine that Brovary could fall into this category as it is new. | kennyruss
15/2/2011 16:15 | Anybody who has been here a while got any input? | marab
15/2/2011 12:32 | This Holder interests me - The Tudor BVI Global Portfolio Limited 6.58% Recently took a large stake in SNRP - don't appear to be mugs imho | kennyruss
15/2/2011 12:20 | Could be interesting if they sell either the Tsimlyansky or Kiyanovsky residential projects. Two years ago the NAV was $89m, so a bit of upside potential over and above the current bargain price. | marab
15/2/2011 12:03 | Kenny, bought a few today. It looks like one of those unloved stocks that could rocket once people get to know about it. Been hammered like most property stocks but looks to be a bit overdone. I see a few more trades today so word must be spreading. | marab
15/2/2011 11:45 | not a problem jonno1 - ticks a few boxes for me.. | kennyruss
15/2/2011 11:43 | "Aisi Realty Public Limited, a closed-ended investment company incorporated in Cyprus, was established in June 2005 to make investments in the real estate market in Ukraine." Kenny, not really tempting me... | jonno1
15/2/2011 10:10 | bottomed out imho - just needs some love now, ticked up on offer, stock is tight - tightly held by directors and major holders (approx 75%) | kennyruss
15/2/2011 08:50 | about 75% held by directors and major holders.. | kennyruss
15/2/2011 08:10 | picked up 300k in the last 2 days... quite an interesting play, capped at £5m - property value $57m. Mew build has just been completed and 20% has been leased out already | kennyruss
