24/2/2005 10:03 | Very high risk imho.. Going Concern As explained in the 2004 Annual Report and Accounts issued on 30 September 2004, the Group is in breach of its banking covenants. All the bank facilities are now repayable on demand and the revolving debt facility has been reduced. The bank has not demanded repayment of its loans, which have been reclassified as repayable in less than one year. The overdraft and invoice discounting facilities have not been affected. There has been no fundamental change in the Group's financial position since 30 September 2004. Therefore, the Directors believe that it is appropriate that the financial statements continue to be prepared on a going concern basis, subject to continuing bank support, as before. | blackbear

24/2/2005 00:02 | So, going by ADVFN's figures, we have a market cap of 290K on a comapny turning over 4,000,0000 and having circa 25M shares in issue ! Although ATU reported a small loss for the year I belive that on a PE ratio they look very cheap ! | knowing

23/2/2005 20:17 | Thread created to monitor the stock as no charts on the other threads. The drop in share price seems to have been primarily due to the last results and stopping of the divi. Have a read and see if you think it is justified; | knowing
23/2/2005 15:05 | Knowing - 23 Feb'05 - 14:52 - 171 of 173 Is ADVFNs figures correct........ What are you doing investing, if you can't even check a market cap? Just multiply the share price by the number of shares in issue. Rgds dell | dell314
23/2/2005 14:58 | Thats the chance you take with any stock ! Look at CRI or MFW who would have thought it eh ! It is also stocks like these which give the larger gains. If you don't like it go and buy HBOS. | knowing

23/2/2005 13:16 | Very amusing! However, a funny picture doesn't really answer my simple investment question to you, does it? You have described these as "cheap". Similarly, a wine gum is obviously cheaper than a car but that doesn't tell us much, does it? Perhaps, you could be a little more precise and tell us how you have determined ATU shares to be "cheap", apart from the obvious fact that 1 ATU share costs less than 1 BP share, for example. 23/2/2005 12:53 | Hello dell I heard you lost all your money on the stock market | knowing |
