SSY Scisys PLC / Provide professional and IT services to large corperate and public sector, plus to European Space agency.

UK Based

Yes GTC looked very good

CR

NBI looks promising, it will fail your ma test but i suggest you read the last interims, this next half H2 is predicted to be the best in their history so eps of 24+ likely and the growth story going forward looks good. I took a little nibble today.

AIM, pays a divi but very illquid.

BRY not on your list.

Divi payin
niche business model.... market leader commodities trading software
barriers to entry mainly knowledge based so not ideal
looks like a growth sector due to legislation
gross margins increasing
five years sales growth and eps (little down last year)
recurring revenues growing
aquisition in first quarter looks to have been integrated well and earnings enhancing
outlook statement at last results good

as they say dyor

Bought a small tranche this morning after researching over the weekend, torn between anp and srt too but went for bry, will top up on any weakness to build stake.

VTU interims this morning. Ahead of expectations and divi increased 25%. To be expected with the strong growth in car sales which are reported monthly

Well summed up Woodcutter.

Divi paying DRV say they are ahead this morning. 40% earnings growth on a single digit PE going fwd imo.

DYOR etc, all imo

looked at IND, very impressive P&L and Balance sheet is very strong too, cashflow excellent. Like the products and the expected growth, not sure about barriers to entry and competition.

The rise has been very dramatic and the liquidity is very small only 4M+ shares freely avaialble (outside insti's and owners) and i guess many PI's keeping hold too, given results. Small sells may impact and a few holders taking a skim off the top from the IND bb.

It could still be well undervalued but given the liquidity and rise i'll just observe for now, would like to find out more about barriers to entry and competition too.

meanwhile topped up on ztf. looked to top up on fdp too but prices quoted ridiculous so held off for now.

lesson learned....again!!! Aim, DOTD good year but poor forward looking statement, sold out for small profit first thing this morning. Too much uncertainty, must preserve capital. Dropped like a stone since 8.00am, almost top of the loser board now. Will focus on the divi payers again.

MTEC ... 7% yield with 1.6x cover. Not our favourite sector at the moment but they had quite stunning finals yesterday with 25% growth in PBT, 23% increase in revenues and 20% EPS. Unprecedented demand for contractors across all engineering sectors with record numbers on assignment.

Re VTU

Figures for new car sales are well up in September which is one of the main months of the year. Worth a look

i looked at gtc many times when it was in the mid 20's i liked it as a business it fitted all my niche business criteria but it's revenue was mixed up/down and it's earnings, but it seems to have got going now. i'll have another look and ind too.

IND going great today.

There's a 75p divi there that goes XD 31st Oct. Co then has an AGM early Nov and t/s in Nov.

Recent tradin gupdate suggests the earnings forecasts are extremely conservative anfd likely to be well beaten imo.

Worth reading the IND thread imo.

GTC - bit of a dip today - buyrers in at the close tho - another bun fight to buy soon?

another new high today on zyt a long standing holding. good revenue and earnings growth. niche market with exceptional barriers to entry. Noted it's already on the list! Like the look of anp now it's off it's highs.

Okay re SID, I'd just like to make sure these stocks are a bit above their 100 day or else I'm going to be pulling them in and out but if SID maintainsd that after the trading update I'll put it up there.

GTC - going balistic - can see why punters want in before the results at the end of the month tho.

SID definitely a qualifier:

Up nearly 10% today at time of posting, with a trading statement imminent (possibly tomorrow).

Could be a major breakout in the offing if the trading statement is as good as a number of us think it will be.

Vertu VTU is a car dealer which has begun paying a divi and has been very strong in the past few weeks. May have another run if the sales of new cars shows any increase in a few days time
