a quick calculation of the previous few days' trades suggests sells were almost exactly 100000!

if so...then it 'should' take very little net buying to push us back above 30p...

I'd like 35p plus for starters!

We only have 1 mm on 30.5p all the rest are on 31p......not too sure where they are going to get stock from.....this is a very tightly held share and with all of the director buying there have been very few sells over the past few weeks......there cannot be too much stock in free float if any....

Excellent director buying in the last few days. As others have said I think its just a matter of time before a positive trading update & and share price will really move upwards.

Since October 2006 there have been 17 separate purchases of shares from 6 directors. Very positive signs IMHO.

Yes it's WINS playing their normal games......they have moved three times this morning and the other MMs have remained as per open......you may well be right as this is the usual pattern we have seen just prior to more director buys.

I agree with your thoughts Scots.....I'm assuming that you haven't factored in to those numbers the expected earnings if ACS win all of the insurer business they are currently piloting...I will also be interested to see if they have made any progress on the other sales channels....i.e. broker/manufacturer etc.

Well, my numbers suggest that sometime in the 2007/8 financial year (which begins in just a few weeks!) ACS will hit 45p plus if EPS of this current half year hits targets and then we see even modest growth thereafter.

That is why the Directors are buying imo...Fundamental growth (plus a bid if the share price doesn't respond!)

Directors/Institutional buying is usually a good sign....especially if it occurs when they do not need to support the price........over the past few weeks there has been a huge amount of buying by the directors and large holders......I think that any positive RNS should see this to 40p.....after that the publication of the results will do the rest.

Elmfield I think it go's back to Chris's point on lack of newsflow and we are probably also feeling the effect of the upcoming Accident Exchange case that is due in court (I think this month for the first and June for the second).....as Scots states a good time to top up imho!......
