Agriterra Ltd ('Agriterra' or the 'Company')

Change of Accounting Year-End

Agriterra announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 May to 31 March, with immediate effect, so as to more effectively co-ordinate the Company's annual report and accounts with the business cycle of the Company's underlying operations.

As a result of the change, the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:

   --     Audited accounts for the 10 months to 31 March 2017 will be published by 30 September 2017 

-- Unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months ended 30 September 2017 will be published by 31 December 2017

Thereafter annual and interim reports will be published each year for the 12 months to 31 March and the 6 months to 30 September, respectively.

The Board considers that the change in accounting reference date aligns the Company's reporting period to the maize harvest, storage, processing and funding cycle of its principal revenue generating Grain division.

The Board does not foresee any material financial implications on the Group as a result of the change in accounting reference date of the Company, nor is there any other matter of significance that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in this regard.
