If you look at post number 347 on the BEN thread, there is a poster on there cliaming there will be some sort of JV announced for AGI in June. That would spark some interest, any news would. Management need to start promoting the company and highlighting the market cap versus the cash, as it stands today, the cash pile is exactly double that of the market cap, madness!

7bore, I wouldn't rule something like that out. Or a tie up of some sort as many of these small pharmas will need to raise cash in the future. Why not just take out AGI or merge with them and the cash is there. It would need to be at a premium to cash though so would be over 9p if anytime soon, probably more like the 15p as discussed.

Wouldn't take much effort for a company to aquire AGI, change the focus to say a gold mining company or an oil and gas explorer and the share price would rocket.

Not saying it will happen but whilst the share price is below the cash level, there will obviously be new listers looking for a better oppurtunity than raising funds and diluting existing shareholders.

AGI management and large shareholders would need a sweetner though.

yes, its those tax losses that are the real hidden gem here, not just the cash.

As long as it takes but the spike and subsequent risers will be big enough to justify just having and leaving an investment in here, regardless of the size of it. I have a fair few AGI and will keep adding. I see 15p as base case. That's £6 million cash plus £4 million for the business and prospects plus tax losses to utilise.
I can see that overshooting though so my target is 25p.
A company looking to gain an AIM listing could use AGI as a shell, What would it be worth to them? Multiples of 5p I'd suspect. The tax losses must be worth around 15pps alone.

Think Fairdeal came up with a target of 35p based on all figures.

Thats the way I like them. When the herd cotton on, AGI will spike up as they all try and get in yet there are only 67 million shares in issue and most of them are in safe hands so any buyying pressure and it zooms ahead. Like yesterday for instance, up 16% on 4 buys. Imagine what the share price will do on 40 or 400 buys in 1 day!

Now is the time to be loading up as others will see the watshot.com tip soon and there will be hundreds of posts on the various sites. You only need look at the VAL, SAR, PYC threads across the various sites you mentioned to see interest swiftly picks up once there is a share on the share leader board that has already multibagged.

Should see some interest when the market picks up. Maybe by being 2nd top riser, that might bring in the punters tomorrow.

www.watshot.com, you need to subscribe to see it.

This is what we need, AGI to be the top riser and then the herd will catch on to the 9pps of cash and start to take it to at least that. But the business and tax losses have got to be worth something, surely 15p is about right, right now?

That would be a £10.5 million cap and £6 million of that would be cash alone.

This is stupidly undervalued and should be 10p right now just on cash alone let alone any value to the business.

No wonder the finance director bought £30k worth shares here a month or so ago!

He mentioned MOS in a similar way last year when they were trading at exactly cash levels (so AGI even better) when the share price was 4p. It went to 10p within a week and then on to nearly 40p within weeks. It is now 29p.

He does have a knack of picking these small cash plays.
